Sicuramente la posizione dell'appartamento è il punto forte, vicino al mare con parcheggio riservato. Ben arredato in cucina e nelle camere dove si trova tutto l'essenziale per il soggiorno.
Il bagno è il punto debole. Il box doccia è usurato e lo scarico spesso si ingorgava. Lo specchio sopra il lavello è molto vecchio con segni di usura evidenti Inoltre nel bagno era sempre presente uno sgradevole odore di fogna. Per 3 volte è saltata la corrente generale pur non avendo nessun elettrodomestico acceso a parte il frigorifero... forse è da far controllare da un elettricista.
