Sehr enge Wohnung . Schlafzimmer eigentlich kaum nutzbar.

Die Lage zum Strand war gut. Jedoch sehr laut wegen der Partybar nebenan . Ausserdem Bahn etwas störend . Aber das ging einigermaßen . Gastgeber war freundlich und erreichbar per WhatsApp . Das Bett mit der Matratze fand ich gut.

Ohne Klima ist die Wohnung nicht nutzbar . Im Schlafzimmer Bereich kann man sich fast nur extrem gebückt bewegen . Wenn man Klima dort ausschalten möchte wird es sofort sehr warm dort oben . Schlechte Isolierung also . Dadurch das die Klima immer laufen musste wurde ich auch stark erkältet . Auch das Bad oben ist eigentlich nicht für mich zu nutzen gewesen wegen der Decknhöhe auch nicht sehr breit das Bad .Der untere Bereich mit der Küche und Esszimmer ist eigentlich auch sehr eng . Die Einrichtung ist ok. Geht aber auch besser . Die untere Dusche ist sehr eng. Mit geschlossenen Tür kein Duschen möglich . Daher kam viel Wasser vor die Dusche . Ist anders nicht möglich . Auch Parkplätze gibt es nicht in der Nähe an der Wohnung . Es gibt einen öffentlichen Parkplatz . Der ist ca 5 min zu Fuß entfernt . Ich wollte meinen Wagen aber lieber etwas sicherer haben. Daher war der Gastgeber so freundlich mir eine Garage ca 10 min zu Fuß zu besorgen. Das fand ich nett. Aber ich dachte auch man kann vor Ort parken . Der obere Balkon war eigentlich ganz gut. Man hat dort den Blick aufs mehr .Nur leider ist dort der Ventilator der Klima . Daher sehr laut . Auch muss man sagen das nur recht sportliche Leute in den Schlafbereich kommen können . Da die Treppe sehr steil mit hohen Stufen ist. Hab mir auch des öfteren dort den Kopf gestoßen . Bin aber auch recht groß . Kinder oder Hunde können die Treppe nicht gehen.

Rustico, ospitale e tranquillo.

Vicinanza al mare e alle spiagge. Posizione leggermente fuori dal centro e quindi tranquilla e silenziosa, ma a pochissimi minuti a piedi dal centro cittadino e dai servizi. A poche decine di metri da Conad. Appartamentino duplex rustico, molto accogliente e con un'atmosfera rilassante e calda. Aria condizionata sia al piano superiore che inferiore, doppi servizi. Molto molto pulito. Prezzo molto buono in proporzione al servizio offerto. La direzione è sempre e immediatamente reperibile e disponibile via whatsapp. Ci torneremo sicuramente e ringrazio Andrea per il servizio offerto che personalmente supera il punteggio di 9/10.

Bohuzel je venkovni nabytek i castecne i drevenne podlahy v patre napadnuty cervotocem, coz neni zrovna uplne prijemne -zit v byte s dalsim obyvatelem; dale mam 177 cm a tramy jsou 160 cm vysoko, co znamenalo nekolik narazeni a neustalou chuzy v predklonu:-))), parkovani je za poplatek
