Vista panoramica spettacolare sia dal terrazzo che direttamente dalla sala.
Fare la colazione vista mare merita sicuramente. Come pure avere un grande giardino con possibilità di BBQ.
Per accedere alla casa con l'auto c'è una salita un po' ripida (non andateci con auto troppo basse), come pure la strada "pedonale" per raggiungere il paese per un piccolo pezzo è abbastanza "rustica".

Awesome view from balcony. Castagneto Carducci is just 5 min walk. 15 min to beach. 10 min to local supermarket. Location is great! The house has everything you need in terms of facilities, fully equipped, clean and cozy. It was super easy and very convenient to stay there. The only minus was the sound from the road. Check-in was easy and fast. It is wonderful place to spend pleasant mornings and stunning evenings with amazing sunsets :)
The property doesn't have air conditioning nor any device that would allow us to cool the building. So, we had to keep all windows and doors open in order to allow some air flow during the night. That would be absolutely fine (we do not mind sleeping with open windows) if there were no road passing by the house. The road is small, just 2 lanes, looked to us 'country' type but appeared to be very busy. Cars, trucks, motorbikes, ambulances were passing by 24 hours with almost no pause. I would not recommend to stay in this house to people who are very sensitive during sleeping. Otherwise, you need to close your ears to sleep good :)
