The flat is located on the ground floor with direct access from the garden of a 19th century Tuscan residence, just a few kilometres from the historical centre of Arezzo, which can be easily reached by car or by train as the property is close to a local train station that leads directly to the central station. Tulipano is located on the ground floor of the residence, and consists of a living room with a two-seater sofa and a pullout couch, a flat-screen TV, a stereo system, a kitchen with a small refrigerator with freezer, an oven, an electric cooker with extractor hood, a microwave and a white marble table; a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, bidet and a storage room with washing machine. Tulipano has heating, air conditioning and wi-fi and from the room there is access to a small outdoor dehor where you can relax with a good book or a glass of Tuscan wine.
The Residence is surrounded by an Italian-style garden of about 2000 square metres, with an enclosed swimming pool for the use of all guests with sun loungers, umbrellas and pool towels, a pergola with barbecue area, three pietra serena tables, a gazebo for breakfast, a fitness area, a children's play area, a drying rack area and a covered video-monitored car park with a column for recharging electric cars. The entire facility is fenced off and accessed by a gate.
Our farmhouse is easy to reach, being just a few kilometres from the centre of Arezzo and bordering a road, but inside you are surrounded by the greenery of our garden, skilfully designed by a landscape architect.
