The flat is located on the ground floor with direct access from the garden of a 19th century Tuscan residence, just a few kilometres from the historical centre of Arezzo, which can be easily reached by car or by train as the property is close to a local train station that leads directly to the central station. Tulipano is located on the ground floor of the residence, and consists of a living room with a two-seater sofa and a pullout couch, a flat-screen TV, a stereo system, a kitchen with a small refrigerator with freezer, an oven, an electric cooker with extractor hood, a microwave and a white marble table; a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, bidet and a storage room with washing machine.
