The Villa: A splendid, elegant and comfortable villa that retains its original 16th century features. In the past it was owned by Napoleon and later the famous Italian composer Giacomo Puccini was often a guest there.
The 1000 sqm house is finely furnished, with original wood-beamed ceilings and terracotta floors, and can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people.
Ground floor: entrance hall, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator with freezer, oven, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine), small dining room for 8 persons with connecting door to a large dining room for 20 persons, living room, another living room with fireplace, satellite TV, stereo and CD/DVD player and WC.
First floor: large suite with two adjoining double bedrooms and bathroom with bath and shower. Breathtaking view of Lake Massacciucoli and the sea.
Second floor: 3 spacious suites. One suite with two interconnecting double bedrooms and access to a large bathroom with bath and overhead shower. Breathtaking view. A second large suite overlooking the garden, consisting of a large double bedroom and a sofa bed, a bathroom with shower. Finally, an attic suite with a large double bed, a single bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub and overhead shower.

Only a 5-minute walk from the village (restaurants and shops), in a quiet location, is a charming old village dating back to the 16th century, where the villa is located.
