The rental is all about the view, which was stunning. The house is private, away from the cruise ships and chaos, yet close enough to amenities. The house was very clean/tidy and well appointed with what you will need. The hosts were friendly and easy to deal with. Again, this house is right beside the fjord and the view is the reason for us renting.
I was surprised at having to request/pay for linens. I am not sure that I actually got charged but the very fine print did say there would be a fee. The shower drain situation is odd. The bathroom floor is the cleanest ever, as a result! The living room furniture and all linens need to be replaced.

Location in the middle of Aurland and Flåm, inconvenient for getting stuff from supermarkets

As everyone says, the location and views are great.
As many also comment, the inside is very basic. I’d go further - it’s really dismal inside. Old, shabby, unloved.
