Grandma`s house

This was such a lovely place to stay a bit away from the hustle of the city center. It was so well appointed we felt like we were at home. Hosts were so responsive and kind.

The house was incredibly cozy and full of hygge. It was so charming, welcoming, and thoughtfully decorated. The views were stunning, with beautiful mountains all around, waterfalls visible in the distance, and even sheep grazing nearby, which added to the peaceful atmosphere.

The location was a bit farther from some of the activities we had booked, including the Fjord Farm and downtown Flåm. We had to rely on the train schedule and occasionally take a taxi, which was quite expensive. That said, this may not be an issue depending on your plans, and we were still very happy with our stay overall.

Nuestra estancia en Grandma’s House fue un auténtico sueño. Desde el momento en el que entramos nos cautivó el encanto que tiene la casa, el buen gusto de la remodelación y todos los detalles que tiene. La cocina está increíblemente bien equipada para poder cocinar, todo estaba super limpio y las vistas de todo el valle y desde las habitaciones son maravillosas. Se respira una gran paz en este lugar y se descansa de maravilla. Si queréis sentiros como en casa fuera de casa, este es el lugar apropiado. Nos encantó 🩵

Todo fue más que perfecto

The apartment is clean and new. We were traveling with a group of 4 and loved the space. The pictures don’t really do it justice. As others have mentioned the bathroom is on the ground floor which we didn’t mind. We had a car so were easily able to drive into flam. If you’re doubting, just book it.
