This beautiful property is located in the hills above Lucca, just 11 km from this beautiful city.
The house has been recently renovated respecting the original architectural character. It is located between Valgiano and Matraia, a beautiful area with breathtaking views of olive groves and the plain of Lucca.
Its location is spectacular and it is also a good starting point for excursions in Tuscany. Florence (70 km) and Pisa (30 km) are easily reached by bus or train from Lucca, as is the Tuscan coast (Viareggio etc.).
The house, elegantly furnished in the full Tuscan rural style, offers a relaxing and enchanting holiday.
In front of the entrance there is a beautiful furnished and covered terrace for outdoor dining, and next to it a large garden with barbecue and sun loungers, a wonderful place to enjoy the outdoors to the fullest, where there is also a small stone swimming pool (2x1 m) with fresh spring water.
On two floors, approx. 120 sq m, suitable for up to 6 persons.
Ground floor: access to the kitchen (refrigerator, oven, toaster, kettle), a bathroom with shower, a spacious living room. First floor: on the left a double bedroom, on the right a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with French bed (1 + 1/2 beds), a large living room with open loft with two single beds. There is a washing machine, hairdryer, DVD player, TV, books (in English and Italian) and Wi-Fi connection.
The nearest restaurant and grocery shop are in Valgiano, 600 metres away, or in Matraia, 1 km away. Supermarket etc. 3 km away.
