Beautiful two bed duplex apartment with breathtaking sea views is located within minutes of the Dunas Douradas Beach, so as a short walk from Garrao beach where you will find many beach restaurants including Julia's, Izzy's, Maria's and Antonio's
The apartment is built over three levels. The entrance leads to the living room with cable TV, sofa, dining area and doors leading the terrace with beautiful sea views. Modern kitchen is well equipped with microwave, hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The first bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom.
On the floor above is the master en-suite bedroom and private terrace with sea views.
Steps lead up to the roof terrace with fabulous sea views, charcoal barbecue and seating set.
As from 2025 the local council in Loule has implemented The Tourism Tax Charge like in many other cities which is the following:
Summer - 01/04/2025 - 31/10/2025 : EUR 2 per person per night for each adult and child 16 years and over, to a maximum of 5 nights. (So capped at EUR 10 per person per stay).
The Winter charge is EUR 1 per night with similar conditions as above.
Payment can be done either through the booking or payment on arrival

Appartement sur 3 niveaux avec 2 terrasses en façade, 2 terrasses sur l’arrière (pinède et parking) et un espace panoramique sur le toit. Vue superbe sur le val et la mer. Accès à la mer à pied (5minutes). Très bel appartement. Je recommande sans problème.
