The seller on Vrbo is a different agency from the one that actually rents the house and the communication was terrible - wrong prices for extra features, poor description of the house, its condition and what was in it. In general a poor tone in communicating. When we got there everything was easier. The actual property manager was super nice and they made sure we had everything we needed Great experience, very bad booking
