About this house rental
You’ll know that this is a CASAS DA PRAIA property from the start. Two al-fresco dining
terraces, one at the front and the other at the rear have rustic furniture with plump
cushions and are the perfect places to start each day of your holiday along with a BBQ
breakfast.
The Casa da Joana interiors are finished in neutral shades of white and tan, creating a fresh
and airy atmosphere that lets the rich terracotta floor tiles and vibrant greens and blues of
the surrounding trees and sky shine through. Rustic remnants of the past bought up-to-date,
mingle with contemporary furnishings and the subtle colour scheme feels comfortable, cool
and inviting. Air conditioning is installed for maximum comfort.
The fully equipped, white and granite kitchen is both contemporary and charming, with
traditional cabinets and full amenities, a walk in cupboard houses a refrigerator with ice on
tap.
Catch up on your favourite English TV channels. Sky Sports is also available via internet and
the WIFI is free and fast, supporting any number of devices!

Ideal layout with one double on the ground floor and three further bedrooms (2 twin + 1 single). There are 4 bathrooms so no waiting to get to beach or golf course. Lots of towels but no toiletries provided so don't forget to pack some. Although the big, well-stocked supermarket is 2 mins in the car or a 15 minute walk away. Golf is 2 mins walk away and the beach about 5-6 mins. The AC was brilliant and very quiet. TV had all the channels, even English ones which was a bonus for the Euros. We had some noisy neighbours but once we had spoken to them after a late party on our first night, they were much better. Please note that this rental does not come with a member card (some do) and so everything you spend on the resort is full price which adds up a lot over the week. Miguel was helpful and instructions to find and enter the property were easy. Will definitely return.

Really loved this property - we actually had 2 villas booked but ended up mostly staying in this one as it was so child friendly. The back patio is spacious and secure which was ideal for the 3 toddlers we had with us. We did hire some stair gates from little Rascals which were able to be fitted ahead of our arrival as they were familiar with the property. Property was clean and the keys were left with clear access instructions. Would love to stay again.
