Logement très bien situé et à proximité de plusieurs services.

Spacieux appartement de trois grande chambres Très grande cuisine
Les lits sont totalement inconfortable, les matelas sont hyper dur ainsi que les oreillers. Étant donné que les propriétaires ont supprimé les terrasses pour créer de plus grandes pièces sans pour cela ajouter un atout à l'appartement, les nouveaux châssis ne sont absolument pas hermétiques acoustiquement de ce fait, le bruit de la rue est tel que nous avons l'impression de dormir la fenêtre ouverte. Passez minuit et depuis 6 heures du matin, c'est totalement insupportable. La deuxième salle de bain est minuscule alors que la cuisine qui jouxte celle-ci est hyper grande! La suppression des terrasses n'apporte rien de mieux à l'appartement que du contraire, car une terrasse est toujours un plus. Nous ne retournerons jamais dans cet appartement.
