About this apartment rental
Spacious 2 bed apartment, sleeps 5, located next to the Vale do Lobo Tennis Academy, in the heart of Vale do Lobo. This holiday rental is located just 2 minute drive or 15 minutes walk to the beach.
Accommodation comprises of two bedrooms, one master en-suite and one with 3 single beds with adjacent bathroom. Spacious living and dining area with double doors leading to the pool and terraces. Kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences including dishwasher and microwave.
The apartment offers cable TV. Wifi internet and air-conditioning through out the apartment.
Outside there is a plunge pool, barbecue, dining furniture and sun loungers.
The maids will visit once per week except weekends and public holidays. Towels are changed once a week and linen once per week if stay is more than a week..
The two championship golf courses, The Royal and Ocean, are located just 10 minutes walk away.
As from 2025 the local council in Loule has implemented The Tourism Tax Charge like in many other cities which is the following:
Summer - 01/04/2025 - 31/10/2025 : EUR 2 per person per night for each adult and child 16 years and over, to a maximum of 5 nights. (So capped at EUR 10 per person per stay).
The Winter charge is EUR 1 per night with similar conditions as above.
Payment can be done either through the booking or payment on arrival

Apartment very good. Unfortunately the outside space very poor. All plants dead so on arrival it looked very run down. The pool needed lots of attention, missing tiles, extremely dirty tiles around the top of water. BBQ was unusable, obviously not cleaned all summer. Weeds all around property and walls needed painting. Have been to many other similar properties in the area, so expected the usual high standards. Extremely disappointed, as there for two weeks.

The villa was really clean, had everything we needed, and a has a really comfy big bed! Although the pool isn't heated it was still warm enough to dip in and out of. The best thing about our stay was the location, just 20 minutes walk to beach, restaurants, golf club. Perfect!

Lovely villa, ideal location for the tennis academy. Better to have a hire car, though uber worked very well for us.
