About this apartment rental
This spacious 2 bedroom Vale do Lobo apartment, has a private plunge pool and is located close to the Vale do Lobo Tennis Academy. It is about 15 minutes walk to the beach and to the Vale do Lobo Ocean and Royal Golf courses.
Entrance to a twin bedroom and bathroom with separate shower and bath.
Steps lead into a open plan living/dining area and kitchen, with patio doors leading to a terrace with private plunge pool.
The lounge offers cable TV, and the kitchen is fully equipped with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.
Master double bedroom with doors to the balcony and en-suite shower room.
Outside steps lead down from the balcony to the pool terrace with private plunge pool, dining furniture and sun loungers.
Air-conditioning is included throughout the apartment and wi-fi is also included.
As from 2025 the local council in Loule has implemented The Tourism Tax Charge like in many other cities which is the following:
Summer - 01/04/2025 - 31/10/2025 : EUR 2 per person per night for each adult and child 16 years and over, to a maximum of 5 nights. (So capped at EUR 10 per person per stay).
The Winter charge is EUR 1 per night with similar conditions as above.
Payment can be done either through the booking or payment on arrival

This property was spacious and perfect for a small family or a couple of couples. The pool was a delight. Close to the tennis club and not far from many amenities, the golf club was a bit with the boys. Our host was attentive and prompt with any enquiries.

Lovely and quiet with great accommodation. Only downside was the terrace looses the sun in the afternoon, otherwise perfect.

Optimo apartamento, não sendo muito grande, tem o tamanho suficiente. Piscina pequena mas privada e bem cuidada.
Fica a 15 minutos a pé da praia. Optima experiência a repetir no proximo ano.

The house is very well located and Vale do Lobo is an amazing place to spend your vacations. The communication with the local real estate agent was also excellent and Paulo did an incredible job providing us with everything we asked for. The cleaning service was the only thing that was below our expectations. The cleaning ladies were rude and not very efficient.
Despite that, all in all we had a great experience and I highly recommend this property.
