About this apartment rental
5 minutes walk from the Old Port and the Place de Verdun, 10 minutes walk from the Concurrence, the aquarium and the Central Market and 15 minutes walk from the train station.
This very quiet and bright T2 of 58 m2 is located in the historic heart of La Rochelle, close to shops but away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
It is located on the 3rd and last floor, without elevator.
It includes:
A large entrance with wardrobe space, storage space and a washing machine
a large bedroom and its en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower) with a view of the rooftops of the city
A large living room with several spaces: kitchen-dining, living room-sofa bed and office
Separate toilet
Good to know:
- No microwave but everything to cook well (induction hob, oven, kettle, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, etc.)
- Jars of pasta, rice, cereals, spices, are at your disposal
Classic coffee maker and Italian coffee maker for purists!
- Velux windows have manual blackout blinds
- In the bedroom the bed is Queen-size (160x200) and the sofa bed is 140x200
- Bath mats and kitchen towels are also provided
- There are paid parking lots nearby (Verdun or Saint Jean d'Acre-Vieux Port Ouest)

Apartment really nice, true to photographs. It had everything we needed and more. We can't fault it. Apartment is top floor, we had stormy weather for our stay so if the noise of the heavy rain would disturb you then this is not the place for you. Apartment central and close to all amenities. We had to reschedule our holiday so the communication channels were not ideal with the agency, but on arrival Sylvie was very friendly and welcoming.

Property was fantastic. Spacious, very comfortable. Everything we needed. Large bedroom with double bed and ensuite. Large sofa bed. It was quite warm but fans are provided. The 3 flights of stairs with a heavy suitcase was hard but worth it. Only downside was walking round the harbour to collect and drop off the keys with local agent. A 10-15 min walk from the property. We would definitely stay here again if available

Appartement très bien situé dans la ville! Logement très agréable et qui a répondu à toutes nos attentes. Nous ne manquerons pas d'y revenir lors de nos prochaines vacances à La Rochelle.
