Charming 2-room apartment overlooking the old port of La Rochelle.
Our 40m2 crossing is located on the 2nd floor of a listed historic building on the Gabut wharf. The area is famous for its colorful fishermen's houses.
The apartment will seduce you with its location and its benefits. It is equipped to nine, with all the comfort (dish washer, washing machine, internet, DVD player, numerous tidying up ...)
In addition, the common areas have been redone recently.
This apartment enjoys a breathtaking view of the old port of La Rochelle, the lighthouse of Quai Valin and St Nicolas tower. The windows of the kitchen and the living room give immediately on the sailboats: change of scenery assured!
Its situation will allow you to:
-visit the aquarium (2 minutes walk)
-visit the famous "Saint Nicolas" (at the end of the street), the "Chaîne" and the "Lanterne" towers (10 minutes away)
-Take a boat for an excursion on an island: Aix, Oléron, Ile de Ré or go around Fort Boyard
you go to the beach of the Competition (10 minutes on foot) or take a boat bus to reach the beach of Minimes (10 minutes)
- Ride a bike (rental in the street), or borrow vélib (2 steps)
walk on the seafront or in the greenery in the Park Charruyer (menagerie free and open access)
- enjoy the beautiful city center, its arcades, its gargoyles, its market open every day, its shops (the galleries lafayettes ...)
