About this villa rental
Villa Hibiscus is a privately owned property, located in the area of Stelida, one of the most quiet and private of the island. After driving the 50 meter uphill road leading to the villa, you are rewarded with spectacular views and serenity. Some of the most famous and sandy beaches, like Agios Prokopios and Agia Anna are easily reachable within minutes, while Naxos town, port and airport, are around a 5-10 minutes drive. Villa Hibiscus features a captivating panoramic view of the Aegean sea overlooking the islands of Paros and Mykonos and offering breathtaking, colourful sunsets. Built and furnished with respect to the Naxian architecture, the villa offers comfort and the necessary amenities to provide unforgettable, long lasting vacations with friends and family. Our house can comfortably accommodate 6 guests.
Although it is walking distance to the beach and the area's facilities, we recommend a car or motorbike rental so you can effortlessly reach the villa an also explore all the beauties of the island.
The interior of the villa is 110m2 split into 2 floors. The top floor consists of an open plan fully equipped kitchen and living room with two built in couches and a coffee table. On the same floor, there are two verandas, both with pergolas and dining tables.
On the bottom floor you find 3 bedrooms; one with a queen sized bed and en suite bathroom, one with a queen sized built in bed and a balcony door, leading to a sitting area beside the pool and a third one with two single beds also showing the views of the Aegean sea. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans.
Outside, you will find many spacious areas for dining, relaxing and fun activities. Beside the 40m2 infinity pool, you will find sitting areas with shade and chairs for everyone along with sun-beds you can relax on during the day.
There is an independent guest house on the land, not attached to the main villa. This is mainly used by the host in order to ensure your comfortable stay and take care of the pool and garden.

Beautiful house and our host Evi was absolutely delightful providing local foods and insights into the area. Felt absolutely welcomed and like I was staying in a friends house. The pool was perfect and all the eating spaces in the house were ideal. Local delivery of food made it so you’d never have to leave. The beach at the bottom of the hill was actually quite nice. The drive is quite the hill to get there but it’s perfect with the view. Would recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat. Loved naxos

We have a wonderful family holiday. The house is beautiful with spectacular views. The sunsets are jaw dropping. Also a great location for the nearby beaches and restaurants. Evi is a great host and very responsive and thoughtful. We would highly recommend!

Evi is a wonderful host who reached out before our arrival to see if we needed anything and once there toured us through the property. The property is stunning and a great way to unwind with the pool and views. The sunsets are amazing! Evi was available for our questions at all times and helped arrange a car rental along with recommendations for optimal island enjoyment. I look forward to returning again.

A great place to spend the week with my family. The views from the deck and bedrooms were amazing. The pool was refreshing and a nice way to spend the afternoon/evening. The host was spectacular. She had a small selection of food and drinks on arrival, and was always willing to offer advise. Clean and quiet, nice bedding and towels. Only downside might be the hill to get to the property. I didn’t mind the drive up, and I walked it numerous times. The hill really makes the views impressive.
