Wonderful property with great views.

If I could rate it higher I would!

This villa is an absolute MUST if you are visiting Naxos. From the moment we arrived, the owner and staff were so friendly and accommodating, which made us feel right at home. The villa itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The bed was large and incredibly soft, ensuring the best sleep. One of the highlights was the daily stocked fridge, complete with fresh fruit, bacon, eggs, ham, cheese, spreads, juice, milk, and water. This is such a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more enjoyable. My partner loved it so much that he didn’t want to leave the villa for the entire three days we were there! We couldn’t recommend it more highly and can’t wait to come back.

- The Villa is far away from anything so you will need a car or other mode of transportation (Ubers and taxis are pretty expensive on the island).

Dream vacation come true!

The property was in an excellent location with incredible views of the Aegean Sea. (I would recommend a car rental) Agios Prokopios beach was a very short drive. Chora was within 10-15 min drive. Both Villas we stayed in were exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. They were well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen as well as bathrooms. The pools were sparkling clean and the outdoor lounge area was very inviting for morning coffee and evening drinks. John was an incredible host who went above and beyond in making our stay a dream vacation!

Stunning vistas, superb and gracious host, great place to stay.

John met us at the property upon our arrival and made us feel quite comfortable and at home. The room and the entire property were just as advertised….beautiful! Equipped with a small kitchen, that was generously stocked with food and drinks, we took advantage of eating in for most of our meals. Walking to the bus stop or into town was easy but usually took some time. The property is on a hill so be aware that walking back uphill is a bit of a trek. Renting a car to drive to Chora or to explore the rest of the island would probably have been easier but not having one was not really an impediment. We highly recommend Naxos Rock Villas.

Perfect Villa on a great island very well priced

Very well appointed villa in a great location on a hill facing east. The villa had a kitchen and was well stocked with fruit, Greek Yoghurt, bread, and other breakfast foods. The bed was comfortable and we slept perfectly. The plunge pool was perfect and faced the island. The location was quiet but lovely for a quiet holiday. Perfect for me also to do some holiday work as well.

Incredible Place to Stay

This place is incredible!! We stayed in a suite for 2 nights (Icarus) and a villa for 2 nights (Hermes) and both were amazing. The views are out of this world both day and night. We used the grill a couple of nights and had wonderful dinners looking out at the water. The staff was so attentive - and brought us treats in addition to the breakfast ingredients provided. I would 100% recommend this place - and hope we can come back soon!!!

We stayed here for a few nights and kind of wish we could have stayed longer. The space is great, the view is fantastic, and the location is perfect. Very easy to get into town. Served as a great home base for our adventures. Nice to have a full kitchen (stocked daily with bacon, ham, cheese, eggs, bread, yogurt, milk, juice, water). We would wake up and cook breakfast, explore the island (rent a car), and come back for a dip in the pool before heading into town for dinner. Amazing hotel. John was very friendly and helpful.

Naxos Rock Villas is a little place of heaven on earth! You will never want to leave!

Naxos Rock Villas is truly a magical place. From the moment we arrived we felt like we were in a dream place. Zena was very welcoming and gracious host. We appreciated her tips and insights. The villa we were in, Hermes, was amazing, equipped with every luxury, and the views breathtaking. It is hard to impress my 2 teenage daughters and they were spellbound - we never wanted to leave!

“homey” property with a beautiful sunrise view

Naxos Rock Villas is conveniently located just a few minutes from the main Chora town and port. You will need a car for convenience if staying here. John was managing the property during our stay and he is extremely passionate about every detail of the properties he has spent over 20 years building! he is also easily contacted for anything during your stay through WhatsApp. we so enjoyed the breakfast provisions that were in the fridge and kitchen for us upon our arrival. it is truly everything they you could need for a good hearty breakfast in the mornings which is great considering there is no restaurant on site and the nearest restaurants would require driving. We also loved receiving small treats daily left for us by the staff upon our return to the villa from the days activities. Such a nice touch! The villa has a gorgeous view over the water and the town Chora over the SUNRISE. The sunset is only visible (to the left from balcony or driving back up the hill to the villas) somewhat as it sets behind the mountain. The villas are also very close to some nice beaches that have tables/chairs/umbrellas and restaurants all along the beach (we went to Agia Anna Beach).

First let me preface this by saying that there were some high winds during our stay (although I am sure they is customary for Naxos). From the second day onward, we expedited intermittent power issues. On the morning of the second day, we woke up to not power or water. A quick WhatsApp message to John and he was on it. He activated the proprieties generators to supply water and contacted the local power company to come out a fix the issue. He communicated with us through it all! Luckily we were heading out for the day. Over the next 2 days, we had intermittent power outages (lasting usually only a few minutes each) concentrated during our mornings on the property. It can however make it tricky to scramble and fry eggs when the power keeps cutting off. We had a riches plan daily so we only had the issues during our times at the villa in the mornings and can not speak to if they issue persisted throughout that day. We can say how we that we seldomly or less frequently had the issue at night when we were at the villas. We are insider if this was an isolated set of incidences connected to the wind (as we had no issues on our first afternoon onward throughout the first evening) or if this is something that occurs more frequently. Just something to be aware of as a possibility so you can prepare.

It was FABULOUS!

This was a fabulous property with unbelievable views. We loved everything including the host Zina. She made sure everything was taken care of and even made us chocolates. Highly recommend!!

The only negative was needing a taxi to go to town but it was easy and our view was worth it.

A wonderful gem in Naxos!!!!!

The property was amazing. We stayed in the Aeolus villa and I can’t recommend it enough!! Zina was the consummate hostess. She was a warm and lovely person and told us all the best things to do, places to eat. We even had massages right on our terrace overlooking the ocean. Our stay at Naxos Rock Villas was truly the highlight of our vacation in Greece. It is definitely a 10/10!!!!!

Everything we could wish for...

Our stay at Naxos Rock Villas was the perfect blend of a Luxury Escape with the warmth of Family. The moment we arrived at the property we were welcomed by our host, Zina. Possibly one of the warmest and most passionate people we have had the pleasure of meeting. From her knowledge of the Island and Greek mythology, to her kindness, hospitality and delicious treats she left for us in our room...we could not have asked for a nicer experience - a truly wonderful soul. Our room had a private pool, outdoor setting and an enchanting view of the Mountains, Sea and Naxos town centre. Capturing the sunrise here was magical, and enjoying the local wine that was included with our room in that setting was just perfect after walking to the nearby beach. We absolutely loved our time here and look forward to returning in the future!

Exceptional

Unbeatable stay in Naxos! We stayed in the Apollo and could not have been happier. It is hard to pull yourself away to explore. Zina helped us plan our day excursions and had great suggesitions for restaurants and shopping. She also shared some history and mythology of Naxos.

The best views in all of Naxos!

The views from this villa are amazing! Zina, the owner, is warm and professional. She works very hard to ensure her guests have a wonderful time. She helped us with securing taxis to the village and to the airport. She also helped us order delicious local food from a taverna that was delivered directly to our room. The level of service she provides is truly superb!

We wish the pool was warmer so we could have used it more frequently but this would not detract us from booking with Zina again :-)

Perfect

The only word to describe our stay in Naxos Rock Villa is “PERFECT”. Zina and her son Spyros are the best host you could ever dream of. The service was amazing from A to Z By helping us to find a taxi at our arrival and of course for our departure By helping us with the car booking. (Thanks to Zina we got the chance to find one of the last car available on the Island.) By giving us the best advices and tips to visit the Island and optimize our stay. By giving us a glimpse of Naxos history By having the kindest attention (good restaurants recommandations etc) The house is clean and very beautiful, it is decorated with good taste and its has literally everything you need to enjoy your vacation (AC, a full equipped kitchen and even an outdoor kitchen). The pool is great with a gorgeous view on Naxos. We truly enjoyed our stay in Naxos and we actually wish we had stayed longer and this is definitely thanks to our stay in this beautiful villa and our host hospitality. Julienne

When booking we didn’t realise which villa we had booked - would have loved the villa with the infinity pool and outdoor kitchen but couldn’t see a way to book the specific one.

We loved everything about our stay, and wished we had more time to enjoy it.

The property was stunning, with unobstructed view of Aegean sea and Naxos town. Every single detail of our interior and exterior was thoughtfully designed for the convenience of their guests. Most importantly, we were treated like royalties by Zina, the amazingly knowledgeable and stylish owner. We felt like we were part of her Greek family. In fact, Zina graciously let us crash her dinner party at a local village with her family and friends, where we had the most delicious food, and at the end would not allow us to contribute to the final bill. We were beyond touched by her family's hospitability and warmth. We would absolutely recommend this place to all our friends.

Perfect stay in Naxos

Zina! She is a perfect host fulfill all the imagination u asked for a host. She filled refrigerator with all kinds of food, milk, bread, fruits, beers, she even bought instant noodle especially for us as she knows that most Chinese love noodles. She prepared a baby crib for us under request and also give us a baby chair for her eating, sooo thoughtful! When we leaving she even offered us local food for present. House! The house has the greatest location, as it’s the highest house in the hill, and the last one. The infinite pool is sooo beautiful, we even shoot some wedding pictures there. And I think The house was not built for bnb , the quality and standard is very high, it’s for their own summer house. And also the soft decoration, it’s the five star hotel standard. U have two kinds of material of pillow to choose , the towel are good and enough, and I love the grey soap so much, they even have a clean lady for u everyday. Even better than 5 star hotel u have a full equipped kitchen, u just can’t stop thinking of cooking for family. And yes we did once. If u wanna stay in the house more time Zina even provide u a menu, u can telephone for a restaurant food with free delivery , very rare in Europe. My baby is ten month now , she did her first successful stair crawl in Zina’s house. We had a very good price of the shoulder season and the service is not lower . We will definitely come back again with Zina if we have chance to Naxos again and we will bring the big family together. Nest time, I will cook for Zina with some real typical Chinese home made meal. Thanks Zina , u gave us a perfect vacation, next time we spend more time together. Kiss kiss.

Exceptional

Our stay at naxos rock villa was amazing. From the moment we got there the hosts met us with open arms and gave us a through tour of the villa. The villa was beautiful and we got amazing service with everything we needed for breakfast in the fridge and homemade bread and pies. We truly felt as part of the family and were taken so good care of. We even got help to plan what we should spend our second day doing for the 3 hours we had to explore and a great recommendation for a restaurant. We can't wait to come back! Thank you!

Frühstück zum selber machen, alles da, täglich neu aufgefüllt. Super!! Recht gut gelegen, allerdings sollte man ein Auto haben. Gute Aussicht, allerdings sehr, sehr windig und daher zu kalt um in dem traumhaften Pool zu baden.... im Sommer aber sicher eine Superlocation!!

Vista incrível, casa decorada sem qualidade

Ficámos 3 noites na vila Apolo, a vista é absolutamente incrível! Naxos é uma ilha linda e ter a possibilidade de acordar com aquela vista é incrível. O proprietário é muito atencioso, preocupado e simpático. Enviou várias mensagens a perguntar se estava tudo bem e se precisávamos de alguma coisa o que nos fez sentir bastante confortáveis por saber que estava perto caso precisássemos.

A vila embora grande e com um espaço exterior bonito, por dentro era uma desilusão. Os móveis todos ikea sem qualquer qualidade e conforto. A vila está decorada com materiais de baixíssima qualidade, todas as as cadeiras são de plástico, bancada da cozinha de plástico, sofás brancos com mantas… é uma questão de gosto, mas não nos agradou ficar numa casa assim, quando se fala de luxo. É importante referir que a água não é potável, sabemos que Naxos tem um problema de seca e que há pouca água disponível. Embora nos tivessem dado muitas garrafas de água, a água enquanto tomávamos banho tinha um cheiro podre o que nos deixou preocupados e com medo de ficarmos doentes… felizmente não aconteceu. O alojamento fornece pequeno almoço, o que agradecemos. O pequeno-almoço é composto por um saco de pão de forma, uma embalagem de queijo e fiambre do supermercado, iogurtes, uma garrafa de leite e outra de sumo que só existia no primeiro dia. Naxos é conhecida por ter óptimas padarias, queijos incríveis! A vila fica longe da cidade, numa zona isolada, é imprescindível ter carro.
