This is a great house , very comfortable for a family of 4. Walkable to beach and cafes, 15 min from Naxos, and short drive to plenty of other beaches . Nice outdoor patios on both levels, 3 bathrooms which was convenient. We enjoyed our stay a lot and highly recommend. Owners were helpful too when we needed a desk and chair for work they were able to get one for us. Comfortable beds , washer in kitchen and easy to dry outside in sun on the drying rack. Nepresso maker and a fantastic panini maker which we used a lot.
We used the lower level bedroom for our daughter and she was fine there in July wasn’t too musty.
There didn’t seem to be a recycling option. Next time I would prob research more where on the island I could recycle- the local trash area you drive to didn’t have recycling.

Very flexible and helpful on arrival. Our ferry arrived early and we were able to access the property before the check-in time, which was great. Provided lots of useful information and contact details for any follow up questions.

Everything worked well. The only things would have been to have the third double bed upstairs (but we understand why this was not an option). Also a couple of bedside tables with drawers would have helped in the ground floor en-suite bedroom. Very minor things that did not cause a problem.

Great location, and overall, a very nice accommodation with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, a nice balcony with table and chairs, washer, etc.. Well suited for our party of 6 adults and two children. Easy walk to the beach and several restaurants and shops. Convenient connection right at the port to get our keys, and the booking office representative led us by car to the property, which was several miles away.
The house was not very clean on our arrival, and there were insufficient linens. The latter was quickly resolved by the booking company. Several of the lighting fixtures are of questionable good practice with, for example, exposed hanging fluorescent bulbs and a junction box hanging off the ceiling in the den. All in all this could be a top rated accommodation with several relatively easy improvements. Firstly, it needs to be clean on arrival--no excuses on this one. We routinely ran out of hot water with multiple quick showers by our large party. The solar hot water system is clearly undersized, and there is no electrical back-up heating option, at least for the guests. There is a second college dorm room size refrigerator in addition to the nice regular refrigerator, but there is no microwave. The TV is very dated, and either it or the remote didn't work. We weren't very interested in this, so didn't pursue a solution. The kitchen is only marginally appointed, and could use as a minimum a decent set of kitchen knives. The lower floor bedroom and the main den/kitchen area is not equipped with an air conditioner. I think a relatively minor investment in this property plus attention to detail on ensuring that it is clean and equipped for guests on their arrival could make this a very nice accomodation.
