Very basic apartment with fantastic restaurant, beach and sunset views!

If you are looking for a quiet area on the beach, this is a good apartment on Naxos. The beach could not have been closer, includes chairs and umbrella. Great sunset view every day! Sunrise was dramatic and beautiful. Enjoyed our private sunporch viewing area! The staff was very helpful and always available to us. Breakfast was included and available next door with outdoor views of beach- beautiful and relaxing. Public bus stops occasionally. We had a car rental with free parking in front of apartment. Excellent lunch and dinner choices were available daily. Very clean rooms with kitchenette. A little store is attached to hotel incase you forgot anything!

We feel the apartment was missing a table and 2 chairs for preparing food or eating! Also needs a very small night table, bedside. The only other thing we missed was an English channel on TV to get world news!

Beautiful small hotel in an amazing beachside location with friendly staff and amazing views , very sad to leave

The location was perfect , a few steps to the beach . The room was beautiful and very big with pleanty of space and a big balcony looking out to the sea . The view was gorgeous. The room was quiet and the bed very comfortable. The staff were fantastic in a relaxed , family run hotel which we loved . The restaurant onsite was fantastic with great food and generous portions. We would love to return

Overall amazing stay, super convenient beach. Would recommend 10/10

Great location, just across is the beach with free sunbads if you stay at Almiriki. Girl at the reception was super friendly and helped us a lot. You can take a bus to the center, it goes every 30 minutes and it takes 30 minutes to be at the Naxos center. Restaurant which is part of Almiriki has great food. You can come by taxi (30€) or by bus but the station is 600m away from the airport.

The breakfast was decent and the dining area was pleasant, but the selection could be a bit richer. Sometimes items like eggs or bread run out and are not refilled quickly. The staff is friendly, though at times they seem a little too attentive when watching what guests take.

Nice, very modern and well cared-for property, with extremely accommodating staff.

Although the property is wonderfully located for a beach holiday, it is a little remote from Naxos Chora. There is a regular bus service around every 30 minutes but, when we stayed there, timing was very erratic

Location, kindness of reception staff

Given we paid over $300 a night which, in relative terms, is a very high price, we found the breakfast with its mass-produced eggs, its fake orange juice and its processed cheese (on the island of cheese!) unacceptable. The room was decrepit with mouldy and stuck closer drawers, the shower was leaky. Going to Hydra, a far more elegant and upscale island, we paid the same price for dream accommodations, a truly healthy quality breakfast, and amenities that corresponded to the price.

Awful!

Location to the beach, however very dusty right on the dirt road.

The website is very deceiving. Before booking check the room you will be staying in. Ours was nothing like what is portrayed on the website. Room was very dark and dated. This property and our room were very run down and lacked maintenance. Needs a completed overhaul. Staff not friendly or accommodating at all. So many other nice places to stay in the area. I would not stay here again.

Wonderful stay!

The stay was very good! It is right opposite to the one of the best beaches in Naxos, Plaka. The breakfast was very good. The restaurant food was also good. Lots of good restaurants around. Perfect for a relaxing holiday. We were welcomed with a nice local drink as well, Masticha. Everyone greeted us well. We checked out one hour late and they didn't bother us at all, very accommodating. Overall, highly recommended for a home visiting Naxos.

The room cleaning service would have been a bit better.

Amazing place for a nice holidays in front of the beach ❤️

This place is amazing if you get the rooms in front of the beach upstair, with the jacuzzi and big terrace. My room was 11, and it was amazing, good decoration, nice bed, big bathroom, living room, really nice. Kiki and their staff, all of them like a big family working together for have a beautiful place for us, was inspired ❤️✨. I loved this place, for sure if sine day I have the opportunity to come back, I will come again to the same room lol! The restaurant of the family just next the room, is amazing!! Local food made with love. And the mini market downstair have everything you need. There is an ATM too , and the bus stop. The beach have sun beds for the guest, thanks for that, and the beach is so quiet and beautiful for swimming safe.

The things I suggest improve is: the breakfast, I think us better get a greek experience or more options, because get bored about it. The tomato can be better I think.. 🙂 And the other think make me feel a bit upset was the noise during the day, started early in the morning until late, I think they are repairing some rooms before the high season, but was really annoying for me, because I wanted sleep until late, and spend quiet time in my room after the beach. I suggest do this with not guest at all in the building because is not fair stay in a place for holidays and cant sleep until late or stay quiet 😊🙏🏻

Perfect location for a beach stay!

We stayed in the king suite with jacuzzi and garden view for two nights as part of our honeymoon trip, and we are very happy with our stay! The room was recently renovated, and it was located steps from the most beautiful beach, where there are free beds for use. There is a bus stop right in front of the property, which takes you to downtown (by the port) for only 2.50 euro. You order breakfast the evening before, and they deliver right to your room at whatever time you request. The outdoor jacuzzi added a nice touch for relaxing and stargazing in the evening. Our host was very friendly and helped us to set up a taxi for our departure. Definitely recommended staying here!

We enjoy and love everything here!

Super close to the Plaka beach (with free sun loungers and umbrellas). Room is very comfortable and clean. Offer toiletries from Korres, which smells really good! Kiki is super friendly and helpful. On one day we passed the time for breakfast, but she rearranged a new one after the contact! We also had the laundry service, which was easy and efficient. The experience to have breakfast on the balcony by the beach is amazing. We loved everything and had great time here.

Many mosquitoes at night on the balcony since it’s close to the sea, so it’s necessary to always close the door :/

Fantastic room (10) - large balcony and jacuzzi. Great location, a few steps from the beach. Nice quiet part of Plaka beach. Next door to restaurant (which was amazing) and supermarket, plus bus stop outside. Walking distance to other restaurants. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Only slight niggle was lack of cupboards to put clothes/ other items. Plus could do with black out blinds on the 2 windows near the bed and turning off the outside light at night (as was very bright in the bedroom area).

Paradise .

Everything . The place was excellent , shirt walk to the beach , restaurants and supermarket . The room was very very clean and her spacious . Tv was great with Netflix , you tube , prime and Disney .. The beach was great . The owner , Kiki was very welcoming , veery friendly and extremely kind . I highly recommended staying there .

You pay for the view ~ it really is beautiful (but rooms could be miles better with a few tweaks)

Anna and Maria kept the place impeccably clean and were super-helpful/friendly. View/location is unparalleled - just across the road from the best part of Plaka beach. Balcony very nice. Kitchenette relatively well-stocked (although inconsistent - I stayed in 3 rooms - some had better stock than others - I had to buy corkscrew, and only 1 room had water, adequate coffee pods, any tea bags etc).

Rooms/apartments generally style over substance. Beds hardest I've ever (not) slept on. Air con didn't work for days (not great in airless, windowless, dark kitchen where I slept!) Hand-held shower (no wall attachment) not what you expect for €120 per night. Small cubicle only accessible without grazing your nips if you're a size 12 or thinner (due to misfitted sliding doors). A lack of plug sockets (only one for kitchen - with kettle, coffee maker and stove top all needing to be plugged in) In our room (16), there was only one plug near kitchen bed - so either lamp or laptop/charger could be used, not both. I tried to be nice/polite and make easy suggestions for improvement. Big attitude problems initially. I was told that if I didn't like it, I could leave (knowing that everywhere else was booked up). Only Anna and Maria, the cleaners, were sympathetic to my bad back/disability. *** BUT, after a lot of comms, all staff went out of their way to fix/temporarily solve all problems, including installing a new air con unit. And I was given a partial refund. NOTE: Room 16 isn't two bedrooms, as claimed: There is a double bed in entrance area (where lounge/seating would normally be) and twin beds in the kitchen, with no hallway to separate them, so half the party wakes up the other every time they use the loo or kitchen or, conversely, goes outside. Kitchen 'bedroom' is airless/dark and has no windows (just a smoked glass panel to other bedroom/entrance space - so you see/can be woken up by each other's lights at night). No mirror/dressing table in kitchen bed area. No wardrobe/clothes storage in entrance bed area. Only suitable for families with young kids, NOT friends or two couples who need privacy and independence. NOTE 2: Most rooms have showers with sliding doors that don't fit/open properly and hand-held hoses, not roomy, walk-in showers.

Great location along Plaka beach!

Great balcony view of plaka beach and the ocean, included sun beds on the beach which was a bonus! super market right next door as well as the restaurant and bar was super convenient.

Whilst super close to the beach, the balcony and outside area was quite dusty each day. The bathroom was modern but lacked good ventilation.
