Easy to find, close to restaurants and shops for essentials. Five minutes walk to the prom. Easy to get tram. Rooms were modern and very clean with comfortable beds. Kitchen was well stocked. Sunny patio out back. Great time overall.

Great wee house, close to tram line, shops etc, property very clean with lovely decor, nice personal touches including welcome basket, would recommend to friends.
