L’emplacement, la vue sur le bassin, la propreté, l’accessibilité, le parking protégé.
Si une amélioration devait être apportée, je dirais le Wifi et la TV. Une TV connectée serait un plus avec un wifi plus performant.

Un peu bruyant car au dessus de la terrasse du Tamaris, institution d’Andernos mais normal compte tenu de l’emplacement idéal de l’appartement. Ne nous a pas gêné pour la nuit.
