The accommodation is part of a beautiful complex of 3 apartments (2 apartments with an area of 70 m² each and 1 apartment of 55 m²) with private parking (1 space per apartment) in the heart of Andernos les Bains, a few steps from the Pier (Bassin d'Arcachon beach) and ports (oyster and pleasure craft), close to the market, shops, restaurants and entertainment.
The ground floor apartment (55 m²) can accommodate up to 4 people.
It has a private parking space.
The spacious living room (33 m²) includes: the fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine (Tassimo), dishwasher, dishes, washing machine, iron (ironing board, ironing board, clothes dryer ...), the dining area, the convertible sofa with a real mattress (140x190), the television (TNT).
The apartment has a bathroom (walk-in shower, sink, hairdryer), separate WC.
The bedroom (14 m²) has a double bed (160x200) and plenty of storage.
WIFI throughout the accommodation.
Sheets and towels are provided.
Electric car charging socket.
Deposit check of 500 € (not cashed) you will be asked when handing over the keys.

très très bonne location super propre grande chambre grande douche très bonne literie coin cuisine super il ne manque rien tout est parfait le plus petite terrasse et place de parking fermé personne très accueillante et gentille surtout location a ne pas manquer

Location très propre très spacieuse hyper bien équipée rien ne manque et le matériel est de qualité.
Le logement se trouve au cœur de la ville sans en avoir les nuisances.
