South facing apartment, 60 m2, completely renovated, 400 m from the center of Andernos, close to all shops, restaurants, Broustic park, Saint Eloi church and Gallo-Roman remains as well as from its shaded rest area.
The sailing school and the beach are 5 minutes away on foot. Swimming is without any danger.
Ideal for a couple and 2 children. Possibility of punctual sleeping for your guests for one or 2 nights.
You will take advantage of the terrace to have lunch or have an aperitif with friends, bike rides to observe the magnificent Arcachon basin by taking the cycle path accessible from the parking lot of the residence.
Andernos les Bains is the starting point for destinations between Arcachon and Cap Ferret; the Pyla dune, the ocean, the Teich ornithological reserve, the salt meadows of Ares, not to mention 40 minutes by car, Bordeaux, a cultural city, listed as World Heritage by UNESCO.
You will enjoy the day, as in the evening, the walk on the longest pier in France (232m) and you will admire the beauty and the serenity of the place.

For your comfort, the household can be insured at the end of the stay with a payment of € 70 directly to the owner, upon your arrival.
Likewise, a deposit of € 500 will be requested on your arrival and given back 1 week after your departure if nothing is to be reported.

Nous avons apprécié le séjour. Les propriétaires étaient très sympathiques et ont fait de gros efforts. L'établissement est très propre. Les propriétaires nous ont aidés. Volontiers encore.

Accueil très agréable de Madame et Monsieur PINAULT.
Duplex bien situé à proximité de la plage et des commerces d'Andernos dans une résidence calme et propre. L'appartement est très propre et bien équipé.
La rue à proximité entraîne du bruit mais ça reste tolérable.
