Beautiful, big house. It has everything you need and it is comfortable.

No air conditioning and the interior garden, although beautiful, makes the house pretty warm.

Nous avons eu les codes pour rentrer sans problème. L'appartement est joli avec un patio qui le rend lumineux. L'accès à une chaine de dessins animés était apprécié des enfants.

Mauvaise odeur et humidité dans la salle de bains. Le troisième couchage dans le canapé aurait nécessité un surmatelas pour plus de confort.

Locatie was goed! Iemand zou de sleutels komen brengen maar er kwam niemand! Pas veel later een toegangs code gekregen! Tijd staan wachten !

Erg harde bedden met voelbare spring veren matras! Slecht geslapen door pijn in heupen door voelbare springveren! Verder was het appartement goed uitgerust! Bij de eerste trappen zit geen trapleuning , kan lastig zijn met koffer in de hand! Naast het appartement zit een Koreaans restaurant waar je heel lekker kan eten en super behulpzaam personeel toen we de accomodaties niet inkonden! Appartement heeft leuk balkonnetje en dichtbij bij een groot plantsoen zijn verrassend veel leuke restaurants!

Location was good. Close to shops and eating places and easy for uber to locate. Within walking distance to the Duuro river and shopping lanes. Madelne and Mr Paulo tried their best to attend to the shortcommings below. Madelene arranged an early checkin and a late checkout which was appreciated.

I stayed in Room 3A which was a single occupancy on the 3rd floor. It takes 53 steps to get to the room. There are no lifts and if you are unfit you will definitely struggle to carry your luggauge. The shower in this room is very small, and me being a fairly thin person, struggled to have a decent shower. I suggest you don't book this room if you think you are a more bigger person. There was no micro wave to warm your food and its impracticle to use pots and pans when you are on business to heat food in a hurry. I requested a micro and Mr Paula arranged it for me a day after my arrival. The room only gets cleaned after 7 days of occupancy on the 8th day. No towels are changed , but Madelene managed to have fresh towels sent to my room on day 3. The internet was a huge problem. Most mornings it did not work 4-5am and only settles around 10-11am when I had already left the apartment. Mr Paulo installed a router which worked well, until my friends , a family of 5 arrived a day later experienced the same internet and wifi problems and I was told to borrow my router to them, which i did ,since more of them were doing remote work. I eventually bought an eSim. The day of departure Mr Paulo said that the internet cables were being replaced by fibre optic cables - but too late. The shower drain was clogged, but Mr Paulo got a plumber to unblock it.
