Tudo novo e tem um bom espaço
Ralo do banheiro não consegue drenar água do chuveiro alagando os pés ficam mergulhados na água Coage o hóspedes na chegada com uma taxa extra de limpeza no valor de 29€ alegando ser reembolsável se estiver tudo bem . Acontece que eu deixei tudo impecável porém o responsável queria que eu tivesse limpado com aspirador, dobrado e edredons, toalhas …. Agindo de má fé pois deixei o apartamento em muito bom estado até pq eu só cheguei, tomei banho e dormi. Acordei e saí . Tinha apenas sinal de uso diário como de qualquer pessoa e foi me cobrado o valor de 29€ de limpeza . Segue fotos de como deixei o apartamento. O apartamento informa que tem estacionamento e não tem. Vc para o carro e deixa pela rua . Me incomodou bastante pois foi uma das minha exigências na reserva. Além de tudo quando questionei que não aceitaria o valor cobrado não foram simpáticos, pelo contrário, super antiprofissional.
