Great family house in a rural area for visiting zoo de Beauval

Spacious house with AC in every room and a small garden. Located in a very calm rural area. The whole house was very clean and heated before our arrival. House has a fully equipped kitchen. Zoo de beauval is only a few minutes away which makes it a great place for a 2 day zoo visit. Price also beats zoo hotels by a lot with what it offers. 5 min from house there is a Lidl 7/7 and SuperU so whenever you arrive you can go groceries shopping.

The only thing I can think about is the narrow road near the house and gate. Need to watch out if you drive a wider car.

tout était parfait l'accueil téléphonique et tous nos différents entretiens téléphoniques l'équipement. appartement très fonctionnel et très propre et très bien isolé et chauffé (très grand froid pendant notre période) la situation tant pour les visites châteaux, zoo, que pour la tranquillité en campagne

Tout est parfait ! On peut y aller les yeux fermés ! Je recommande !

Hôte très accueillante et dévouée. Tout le logement était très propre. Chambres enfants et parents séparées et spacieuses. Pièce de vie lumineuse et suffisante. Sanitaires fonctionnels et propres. Maison individuelle au calme, place de parking, à proximité de Saint Aignan. Climatisation dans chaque pièce (pas utilisée car pas nécessaire pendant notre séjour).

L’emplacement au calme à la campagne tout en étant à 10 minutes du Zoo de Beauval. L’espace, les équipements, le jardin et le parking clos.

Juste un petit regret de ne pas avoir rencontré notre hôte. Mais malgré cela elle a toujours été joignable et nous a fait entièrement confiance

Proche du Zoo, le calme, le jardin, la possibilité de rentrer le véhicule. L’échange avec le propriétaire.

Pas de réseau mais pas d’internet pour compenser. Le côté minimaliste de l’ameublement. Le forfait dans draps ni serviettes a payer en plus pour un tarif onéreux.

Superbe séjour!

Logement très propre, avec un niveau d'équipement très complet et en très bon état. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans la cuisine équipée, la salle de bain est nickel avec des matériaux de qualités. Les 2 chambres à coucher sont grandes et disposent de rangements. La literie est très confortable. Grande pièce de vie avec une grande table (pratique pour poser les affaires), canapé spacieux et grande TV. Chauffage par pompe à chaleur air/air: très confortable, réglage facile de la température. Nous y sommes allés pour visiter le zoo de Beauval, en famille à 4, mais nous regrettons de ne pas avoir profité davantage du gîte! Merci à la propriétaire attentionnée et dévouée au confort de ses hôtes!

La proximité avec le zoo de Beauval est vraiment un atout. Nous avons pu rentrer manger au frais et repartir après la sieste des enfants. Le logement est très propre, climatisé. Les chambres sont grandes. La maison est très bien équipé. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Bonne communication avec Aurélie qui nous a donné de nombreux conseils.

La maison est très bien aménagée, agréable, au calme, proche du parc de Beauval environ 10mn. Proche aussi de Saint-Aignan pour les restaurants, environ10mn. Facile de garer 2 voitures dans la cour.

Champêtre et calme

Aurélie s'est montrée très sympathique. Nous avons pu accéder au logement dès notre arrivée après un long trajet. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'emplacement "nature" surtout après la visite du zoo que nous avons arpenté avec tant d'enthousiasme 😁 Tout s'est très bien passé, la maison était propre, accueillante et fonctionnelle. Le jardin clôturé est un plus.
