Beautiful, calm place except a bat...

All other things than the bat were nice and 5 minutes car drive to beauval zoo park was perfect for us.

Only one big disappointment was that a bat was living in the second bedroom. It was there flying in the room when we arrived and went in the hole between the wall and the ceiling. We were afraid and we couldn't use that room at all. We closed that room and we had to sleep in the first bedroom and the sofa bed. We informed this to the owner but he just ignored our claim... For your information, for the entrance key you have to manipulate the handle to close the key.

Bon séjour en famille à proximité du Zoo de Beauval

Très bon emplacement à 2km en voiture du Zoo de Beauval et à quelques minutes à pied des restaurants et commerces. Le logement était grand et fonctionnel, calme et plutôt bien équipé. Les gestionnaires étaient proactifs par sms et c'était appréciable.

Le fait que les draps et le linges soient en supplément (mais nous avons été prévenus en avance). L'unique canapé du logement est en fait un convertible avec le matelas à nu, sans protection, du coup pas très hygiénique de s'y installer ni confortable. Une forte humidité dans la partie des chambres qui sont près de la salle de bain. Un peu cher pour la prestation.

Nos cobraron las sabanas a parte y no los avisaron el booking que teníamos que pagar 20€ más, lo que hacía que el precio ya no estuviera tan bien. Tampoco había jabón en los baños ni en la ducha.

Petites améliorations a faire pour une location plus agréable

La ville, la accès au zoo de Beauval, Les Mini châteaux Aquarium, traversée des villes et les alentours.

Concernant la location bien située Mais des choses à réparer, à changer dans la location intérieure ( douche bouché, porte ne ferme pas, le wc qui bouge)comme extérieure pas de lumière qui fonctionne. Pas aspirateur pour menage, petit séchoir à linge pour 7 sans épingle à linge. Juste des petits éléments qui peuvent redonner un effet plus agréable.

Bon emplacement pour une visite du zoo de Beauval

Parfait emplacement quand on visite le Zoo sur 2 jours. Proche de tous les restaurants de Saint-Aignan pour le dîner. Nous n'étions que 3 donc la surface de la maison était parfaite. La maison est rénovée avec des matériaux simples. La possibilité de se faire livrer le petit-déjeuner le matin (simple, viennoiseries très bonnes). Très facile d'accéder aux clés.

Si la maison est rénovée, elle est ancienne et un peu humide, ce qui entraîne une petite odeur de renfermé qui s'est dissipée après avoir fait un bon courant d'air. Un bon coup de ménage en profondeur ne ferait pas de mal.

Nous reviendrons

Maison équipée, confortable, avec tout le matériel nécessaire. Petite cour très agréable et possibilité de garer le véhicule en plus à l'intérieur (à condition de maîtriser les manoeuvres précises en voiture). Emplacement idéal, à 5 minutes à pied du centre ville, 3 minutes à pied de la boulangerie et 5 minutes en voiture du zoo.

La situation géographique de la maison ( centre ville Saint Aignan + Zoo de Beauval en 4min en voiture) , au calme dans une impasse avec possibilité de garer son véhicule dans la cour privée. On se sent comme chez nous 🙏

Logement bien équipé et spacieux, je recommande !

La situation géographique est extra, très proche du ZooParc, proche des commerces et supermarché mais dans une impasse très calme. Le logement est très spacieux ! Chacun y trouve son espace et bien équipé (également pour les enfants en bas âge : lit parapluie, matelas à langer, baignoire, chaise haute, couverts…) et bonus : sans vis à vis. Nous avons pu stationner notre véhicule (3008) dans la cour privée sécurisée par portail fermé à clé. Communication très réactive avec le gestionnaire.

Attention à l’évacuation de la douche pour notre part. Il nous a manqué un peu de savon dans la SDB et une ou deux pastilles pour le lave-vaisselle, il serait également bien de disposer d’une boîte pour mettre à l’abri thé et café moulu (paquet ouvert à l’air libre).

Maison très bien située, rue calme et tout à proximité. Top niveau équipement rien à dire. Dans l’ensemble la propreté est présente.

Un détail mais il manque quelque chose pour sortir de la douche c’est dangereux. Je veux bien que le linge de lit et draps soient payant mais un linge pour mettre au sol ne serait pas de trop. Les oreillers dans la grande chambre sont à changer, tous mous plus de maintient. Le compartiment pour mettre la lessive pleins de moisissures.

Bien mais pas très confort

Proximité du zoo de Beauval (5min en voiture). Maison spacieuse pour une famille de 4. Internet et tv connectée.

Le parking de la maison nécessite plusieurs manœuvres. Il est bien dit petite voiture. La chambre principale est très bien. Mais la deuxième chambre (enfants) et à côté de la salle de bain qui n'a pas de VMC. Il y a donc une odeur d'humidité et de rense très désagréable. Le canapé pas très confortable. La maison est general n'est pas "super cosy". On ne se dit pas super content de rentrer dans ce logement après une à deux journée de marche au zoo.
