Holiday house in the centre of Monopoli with terrace and sea view, a few steps from the beach The house is located in the picturesque historic centre of the town of Monopoli, a few steps from the sea. If you want to enjoy the wonderful sea that characterises this stretch of coastline, the excellent Apulian food and the nightlife offered by the town and in particular the well-known coastal clubs, this holiday house is the right choice.
On the 3rd floor there is a terrace with a wonderful sea view and equipped with table and chairs.
The house consists of three floors (connected by internal stairs) and has a beautiful sea view terrace. The house has been recently renovated. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen; on the 1st floor there is a bedroom with a sofa bed and a bathroom with shower (there is no bidet in the bathroom); on the 2nd floor there is a bedroom with a double bed.
Monopoli is a beautiful seaside town, famous not only for its beaches and crystal clear water but also for its Baroque churches. Just a few steps from the house (about 100 metres) you will find the beautiful little beach of 'Portavecchia' with its limpid sea. Many artistic initiatives (concerts, festivals, exhibitions) are organised in the alleys of the old town. In addition, its location favours visits to various localities of historical and cultural interest, such as: Polignano a Mare (8 km), Alberobello (25 km), Castellana Grotte (15 km), Ostuni (40 km). For the youngest, the beating heart of nightlife and otherwise, the Capitolo district with its seaside discos and equipped lidos. There are also many artistic initiatives (concerts, festivals, exhibitions, various shows) organised in the historic centre. Activities in the vicinity: Golf, Tennis, Fishing, Horse riding, Diving, Hiking, Spa, Cinema, Discotheque.
Its original construction, with thick walls and original stones make for a pleasant stay, ensuring coolness on hot, sunny days. Its terrace offers unique views of the town, with its bell towers, countless churches and the Adriatic Sea coastline. The house was built in 1900 and like all houses of the period has stairs that are a little higher than normal.
