Holiday house in the centre of Monopoli with terrace and sea view, a few steps from the beach The house is recently renovated and consists of two floors and a beautiful terrace from which you can enjoy a splendid panorama. on the 1st floor there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower;
on the 2nd floor there is a beautiful terrace with a side view of the sea and a table and chairs.
The house has a splendid sea-view terrace for exclusive use with table and chairs. The terrace offers unique views of the town, with its bell towers, countless churches and the Adriatic Sea coastline.
