Very helpful host and a very comfortable place

It was really nice of the host to let us check in early and was very prompt in their response every time we message them. The property is just 8 mins away from the old town and to all the attractions. Very clean place and they even had a fan which was really helpful when it is hot. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchenette has almost everything you need to make your own food. All in all was a very comfortable stay and the area very quiet at night.

It was a very good location, well stocked kitchen but it was not very clean and a very strong smell of sigarette smoke. The shower was definitely not cleaned and all around dusty. And after 1 shower in the morning, NO HOT WATER

Very nice place. Really enjoy.

The flat was small but really cosy. Enough for a small family. With a smart tv that allows you to watch netflix (for people that have kids it's amazing). And it's 10 minutes walk from the town centre. Free car park right next to the flat. On arrive my kids were tired and the property owner let us do check-in earlier. It was really appreciated.

Cosy appartment!

The whole stay was very well organized (all digital) and the appartment (groundfloor, Love2) was exactly what we expected from the pictures. We haven't met the owners but they sounded like a lovely couple. The location is perfect!

No complaints about the appartment. The only complaint would be about our upstairs neighbours: they were moving around stuff and running up and down the old wooden stairs for about two hours after midnight one night out of our two nights stay.

A bit disappointed.

The kitchen was very well equipped. The landlords had great communication and were highly responsive to our needs.

There were big trash bins right outside the door of the apartment and the smell was really bad. Also you could hear the neighbours upstairs walking on the parket and it was a bit bothersome.

The flexibility of the landlord to cancel the reservation for the 2nd week.

- The apartment was said to be on the ground floor. It was indeed, but entering the building had to take place via a number of high steps and a heavy door on top, which was very difficult for me, walking with crutches. - The slatted base of the bed didn't fit in width, so I slipped out either at the left or at the right side. The sofa bed for any extra people was useful but with 4 people there would have been a problem. - The house was very noisy; the upstairs neighbors and their running children were clearly audible. - WIFI did not function properly. - There were no desinfection materials in place. - The apartment was rather far from the centre of Boulogne as well as from the beaches so a car was needed for every activity.

Logement propre, lumineux, bien équipé et idéalement situé. Tout est accessible à pied, à environ 30 minutes de marche. Il y a des emplacements gratuits pour stationner les véhicules. Les propriétaires sont disponibles.

Nous avons grandement apprécié l'ensemble des prestations, l'accueil chaleureux et la disponibilité des équipements. Nous avons passé trois excellentes nuits, notamment grâce au confort exceptionnel de la literie, particulièrement appréciable après nos journées de marche. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement.

Chouette endroit pour quelques jours

Joli petit studio, pratique pour quelques jours à Boulogne-sur-Mer. Il a été rénové récemment, il y a pas mal d'équipement pour la cuisine et une tour-ventilateur (il faisait 30° quand nous y étions). Le parking dans les rues adjacentes qui est gratuit.

Ne pas pouvoir choisir l'appartement (rdc, 1er ou 2eme étage).
