Panoramic sea and Ifach views in Calpe

Easy parking and access, with a very reactive and kind owner. Super bungalow with everything we needed. Great Wifi and swimming pool! The views from the balconies and rooftop terrace are divine and the little stroll to the beach is very charming. We would definitely recommend it, also as a comfortable base to explore the beautiful region. Thankyou!

The views were as shown in the pictures. We did get a refund for part of the 2nd week although the owner took more money back without my knowledge after agreeing to the refund. We also got half a day's refund after the owner failed to pay his water bill and we were cut off for 24 hrs. The property would be OK for a lot less money! Very overpriced.

THE POOL IS NOT PRIVATE it is shared between 40 properties and is a short walk from the house.You are not even allowed to take a chair to the pool area meaning that there is no outside space except a tiny roof terrace with high walls on 3 sides and uncomfortable plastic chairs. There is no other outside space to sit in. The lounge is small and dark and also has nowhere to sit. There is a small sofa bed which makes a very uncomfortable sofa and only seats 2. The electrical wiring in the house is lethal! Bare cables in the bathroom and much more. After 1 week of arguing with the owner and sitting in a small compound on cheap plastic chairs, ruining our holiday, we are now paying the same per week for a house with gardens, sun loungers, umbrellas and a real private pool. It is also twice the size of this very small house.
