Location and nicely furnished apartment
Building complex although architecturaly beautiful, is not well maintained. Apartments with old furniture and smelly corridors. The bathroom of our apartment had damp walls. Not worth the price per night.

I am so glad we found this apartment. Everything was simply perfect. It is well-equipped with all needed appliances for a long stay. Clean with priceless views. This building was on our bucket list for ages, and that’s why we chose Benidorm for summer vacation this year, with a night in Calpe. Every single wall in the building is unique, and there is a well-written instruction with photos in a room.
There was an amazing book of Ricardo Bofill’s work with many photos of his architecture.
Unlike other apartments, it has a patio with a sea-view where you can enjoy a bottle or two of Cava.
The towels and bedsheets are super clean!
The weather turned bad in the evening, so a large screen tv with many subscriptions and AMAZING surround system were more than welcome. And then the host, Mr.Hans, answered on every message and helped us within minutes! Whoever rates their stay here with less than 10, disrespects the building and the host too!
