Spectacular Beach House, Spacious, Luxury, the Best.

This Vrbo was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, it felt like we had stepped into our own private slice of Costa Rica—total seclusion, breathtaking surroundings, and a level of peace that’s increasingly hard to find.The host Juan Carlos was exceptional: warm, proactive, and incredibly responsive. Any question we had—during our stay—was answered almost instantly, with thoughtful local insights and genuine care. It felt less like renting a property and more like being welcomed by friends who truly want you to have an unforgettable experience.The property management - Chris was equally outstanding. The home was impeccably clean—hotel-level spotless, but with the comfort and soul of a private residence. Every detail was clearly cared for, from the crisp linens to the pristine outdoor spaces. You could tell this place is run with pride and professionalism.And the seclusion—wow. Surrounded by nature, with no noise, no crowds, and no distractions, it was the ultimate place to unplug and reset. Yet somehow, everything you need is perfectly dialed in. Was definitely beautiful would recommend for anybody that’s going to bring people under 40 because the roads to get up to the house are steep or rent a 4 x 4 golf carts that can get up and down the hills but the house is amazing. The views are amazing. The house is perfection

This house is spectactular! We stayed here with our kids and another family in early April 2025. We enjoyed seeing more than 30 scarlet macaws each morning flying and roosting in the trees right beside the house, with the sunrise and mountains in the background. This is one of the only areas in Costa Rica where scarlet macaws can be found in the wild. We also saw a toucan and many iguanas on the property. The house is fantastic with all of the glass windows and lighted pool. The property manager Chris was great to work with and very responsive. We also enjoyed a great meal from Chef Sharlton. The property owner also provided passes to the nearby Punta Leona beach club, and we enjoyed using those pools, that property, and the beach shuttle as well. If you want a spectacular house surrounded by nature and wildlife, this is the house for you! We would book this again!

Everything was great apart from two of the bathrooms smelled like sewage.
