This amazing house is directly on the beach in Jaco, YOU WILL NOT FIND ANYTHING CLOSER TO THE WATERS EDGE!! The waves crash into the sea wall in front of the house, at high tide.. South end of the beach, where there is no road that separates all of the other houses/condos from the beach.. It is also the last house on the beach, just next to a beautiful rocky reef with coves for exploring and fishing! HGTV filmed here! Booking your multi-generational family, couples, bachelor/bachelorette, corporate business trip, or honeymoon trip with the owners who own multiple properties in this area, a HUGE plus! With the direct personal attention, no agencies, no extra added commissions, and you are getting the transportation and tours we do ourselves with wonderful people that are our friends! With approximately 5500 square feet of full house Air conditioned space including recently remodeled kitchen with gas stove, commercialized fridge and ice maker, dining area, 6 bedrooms(3 Master suites with jacuzzi tubs) and 6 bathrooms, and a full indoor gym, Joya del Pacifico is like a small hotel for you and your family or group to stay at. We are able to provide 24-hour concierge service, including airport pickup and dropoff, rental car assistance, chef, massage services, cleanings, tours such as horseback, zip-line and canopy excursions, surfing right out your door, and a truly wonderul “Puravida” experience. Our amazing in house chef is also our chef for weddings at our sister property The Castle of Oz! We can offer package deals including the transportation to and from airport, daily meals, tours!!!!

The Host was extremely responsive and accommodating! Tiger, Marta and Diego were spectacular and really made our stay one for the books! Great driver Charlie! The staff was outstanding! Great house steps from the beach! Very happy! Will come back for sure. Erik

My family, friends and I had a wonderful time in this Jaco beach house. The location was perfect for our surfers and all the rooms were fantastic! Attached bathrooms for all but one room provided a luxury that can't be understated.The large, well stocked kitchen and super long dinning table made cooking and eating meals a joy. The daily cleaner made cleanup easy. The nightly security guard was incredibly helpful and friendly. I would recommend this house to anyone travelling to the Jaco area and would love to return.

The house is beautiful and well maintained. The staff greatly exceeded our expectations. They were courteous, patient, and helpful. Most spoke better english than we do spanish. They were more than eager to attend to any need or request we had. The location on the beach in Jayco is gorgeous. Easy to get to yet secure. Tons of trips/excursions close by which the staff most professionally coordinated for us. The chef prepared meals were delicious! Our family experienced a vacation we will long remember!
