It perfectly balances perfectly indoor and outdoor living, with high ceilings and large windows, and its pool sharing the garden with a magnificent tree.

It is fully equipped with high end furniture and a cosy living-room able to host up to 16 guests. For even larger groups, the next-door villa, a bigger version (8-bdr), can be combined.
The house features a beautiful living room with a fully equipped open plan kitchen, a dinner table, a TV lounge, all opened on the outside, with a comfortable terrace, sun beds, a pool, a lounge and an outdoor kitchen with his BBQ, ice machine, fridge and a wide diner table.

The house was exactly as described, very clean, well-appointed and convenient to all Hacienda Panilla has to offer.Through the management company, we arranged for a chef to come to the house several nights and it was ideal. The house is at least 25 minutes from the restaurants in Tamarindo, so the chef service was key. The hosts were great. Outstanding communication throughout the trip. Location is great for anyone wanting a little peaceful isolation while only minutes from the JW Mariott and Beach Club. However, if your plan is to spend material time in Tamarindo, this house might be a bit too far for that. The trip took us 25-30 minutes each time.Overall, great experience.
