This 6 bedroom plus 1 bedroom apartment Mediterranean style house is perfect for up to 14 people comfortably accommodated. Just 15 stairs are between you and the white soft sand of the one of most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica: Flamingo.
The Space:
The house is located right in front of Flamingo beach and surrounded by luscious green, which will make you feel immersed in this beautiful scenery. The wooden-vaulted ceilings give a warm atmosphere that welcomes you to relax and enjoy. The subdued color and abundant wide windows are thought to give tones of natural light and fill the house with the breeze of the tropics.
The house has a master bedroom upstairs overlooking the ocean, it has a king-sized bedroom, a living room with a smart TV with cable, and a large Master bathroom with a hot tub. Downstairs you'll find five more bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a queen -sized bed and its own full bathroom, 2 bedrooms with 1 queen -sized bed each one sharing a full bathroom, and two more bedrooms with 2 single beds each one sharing a full bathroom. Totally separate from the house there is a 1-bedroom apartment with a King -sized bed, living area, and full bathroom. All of them with top-of-the-lines mattresses and lines for you to rest very comfortably and wake up brand new. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge.
Among the amenities, you'll enjoy an infinity edge pool overlooking the beach, the Flamingo Marina is located at the south end of the bay. The house is close enough to everything, the top-rated restaurant Coco Loco is located only 500 meters away.

Pet Friendly
Your dog is very welcome to this unit! In case you want to travel with your beloved four-paws friend, there are three basic rules:- An extra refundable deposit of $500 is needed in case of any damage.
- We must clean a bit more after you pet that’s why an extra cleaning fee of $75 is required.
- And your pet must be submitted to a pre-approval process.
*No puppies or pets different from dogs are allowed.

The location & the people are what make this place amazing! Like other reviews mentioned, the house is older & could benefit from some updates. But the daily housekeeping service keeps it very clean & the 24 hour security/maintenance is there in case any issues come up. They were all wonderful & very helpful! Our host, Alex, was amazing to work with before & during our stay. She answered all my questions, helped us coordinate activities, golf cart rentals (highly recommend for exploring the nearby areas), & the fabulous singing chef Karen who came to the house to make a couple meals for our family. The location was perfect for relaxing in the pool with the best view of the ocean. The beach was just steps away & made for a quick route to Coco Loco. The house was well appointed with everything we needed in the kitchen, floaties for the pool, Bluetooth speakers, & a/c units in each room. We would absolutely stay here again!

Best location, view and beach. Plenty of space for our group of 14. Property needs a few repairs but still worth the visit. Daily maids and round the clock security. We thoroughly loved our stay!
