In the heart of Lomagne, between two small villages in the Tarn-et-Garonne countryside, lies this property with stone buildings that were fully restored about ten years ago.
The main house, built in the Gers style, is occupied by the owners. An outbuilding has been converted into a comfortable, fully independent 115 m² residence. It has private access and parking. The terrace of this house faces south/southwest and overlooks a 1-hectare meadow dotted with a few fruit trees. In the shade of the walnut tree, the covered terrace features a granite barbecue. A few steps provide direct access to the steps of the secure 5 x 12-meter pool, offering a soothing view of the surrounding countryside.

A really fabulous house. Wonderful pool and garden. Very calm and quiet. The owners live on site, manage the pool, they are very discrete and are happy to answer any questions.

La maison était parfaitement conforme à la description et correspondait tout à fait à nos attentes. Propriétaires très serviables. Le cadre était tout simplement parfait.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable et reposant au milieu de la nature. La maison a été refaite à neuf avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. Les terrasses permettent de manger dehors non loin de la grande piscine dont nous avons pu profiter un maximum.
Nous avons pu aussi faire des ballades pédestres ainsi que des visites des villages alentours.
Nous recommandons vivement !
