Cocoonr/Book&pay agency offers this charming air-conditioned house with a swimming pool for rent in Fals. It has a surface area of 175 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a lovely 70 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with bathtub), a shower room (with shower), and a garden of approximately 2,500 m². Wi-Fi (fiber optic), sheets, and towels are included. We are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 70 m² living room with a sofa, TV, and fireplace
- A fully equipped kitchen with an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, stovetop, and more
- Bedroom 1: with a king-size bed (180×200) and a TV
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190), a desk and a TV
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140×190) and a desk
- A room used as an office with a double sofa bed
- A shower room (with shower) and toilet
- A bathroom (with bathtub)
- A separate toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, crib, plancha grill, dryer, ironing board, and iron.
Outside:
- A 4×7 m swimming pool (private, unheated) with a bar cover, open from April to the end of September. Children must be supervised by a parent when swimming. Opening dates are not contractual and are subject to favorable weather conditions.
- A beautiful private enclosed garden of 2,500 m²
- A 30 m² terrace and a 25 m² terrace around the pool with awnings, garden furniture, and sun loungers to enjoy sunny days
The house is ideally located in Fals, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot, which can accommodate 5 cars. A carport is also available for 2 vehicles.

- Agen train station 9.3 miles away (25 minutes by car)
- Toulouse Airport is 62 miles away and Bordeaux Airport is 93 miles away
