About this house rental
Le Trinche is an old Quercy house that has been completely restored. The house can comfortably accommodate 12 people thanks to its 6 bedrooms, including one or two people in wheelchairs, with all amenities. Great attention has been paid to the decoration and the choice of equipment to offer our guests a high standard. The house has a heat pump system that works in all rooms with air conditioning in summer and heating in winter. An open fireplace will enhance your winter evenings.
Le Trinche has a private swimming pool, a large beach and an adjoining spacious pool enclosure. It is equipped with a toilet, a shower, a barbecue and a table football. It allows you to have your meals and grills right next to the pool, while enjoying the magnificent view of the valley.
Le Trinche is located on a property away from any traffic and without any close neighbours.
Le Trinche consists of:
1) Of the main house with:
- on the first floor, a spacious living/dining room of about 55 m2, a fully equipped kitchen of 30 m2, two double bedrooms with en-suite shower room and toilet, fully equipped for wheelchair access, a large entrance hall and a laundry room.
- on the 1st floor: 2 good-sized bedrooms with double bed and a spacious bathroom with old-fashioned bathtub. There is also a mezzanine above the living room which serves as a reading room or office.
- on the 2nd floor: 2 large bedrooms, one of which is double and one with 2 small twin beds.
and outside, a beautiful south-facing terrace, enjoying the beautiful view of the valley.
2) A bean-shaped swimming pool with large tiled beaches overlooking the garden and the valley.
3) A pool enclosure with an open part sheltered by an awning, with an outdoor barbecue/kitchen area and a large area for dining. The closed part of the pool house consists of a shower room and a toilet.
4) A garden will seduce you with its multitudes of flowers and shades of green. It was designed and planted by a landscaper.
