About this house rental
In the countryside, very quiet, overlooking valley of the Gers, this house was once the vineyard of the priory of monks Moirax (5 km), this explains why the ground floor is occupied by the winery, home of 200m ² being upstairs. The project is located in the middle of fields and woods of the property, and will delight children who love freedom safely and the parents enjoy the calm and serenity of the hills of Gascony. The pool area with its Chilean and covered terrace with dining area allows leave to live outdoors in a privileged setting.

Le Marquisat was an amazing place. It was very well equipped in the kitchen and the beds were comfy.
There was an outside eating area with stunning views and the use of a bbq. Swimming in the pool was a delight with fantastic views. It was a little chilly in the evenings but there were spare blankets for the beds.
Pascal's welcome was good and he showed us around and explained the more quirky aspects to the house. It is a work in progress and the paint was peeling in some of the rooms but the location was fabulous and we had a really relaxing holiday.
