The location before entering the house look so quiet and bit dark when night time..

地理位置优越，离大型超市就隔一条街，楼下7-11和餐厅也非常多，吃喝出行都非常方便。房间面积大，每个房间都有卫生间，餐厅桌椅适合人多聚餐，厨具齐全，我们十个人，空间很大，非常舒适。管理人员沟通很顺畅，也会及时帮忙处理突发状况，态度非常好。

不是每天都有人清理垃圾，需要提前预约，导致我们的垃圾需要堆在对面废弃屋子。房门密码锁坏了，不能锁门，我们也是最后一天才发现，原来住了那么多天每天都没有锁门，好在治安良好。

The Airbnb is located in the middle of the city which made walking around convenient. 711 is just two units away and Orange mart is opposite. The unit we booked could accommodate up to 10 people (inclusive of a sofa bed). It was good that we can be together as we needed to discuss and plan out our next few days. Not many places available that can accommodate big group. The owner Kenneth was responsive. The unit has all the basic necessity.

There were 4 rooms, room 1 aircond wasn’t working, room 3 water heater doesn’t work, room 4’s toilet which is located outside of the room doesn’t have toilet roll. Room 3 and 4 face the back alley. We could hear voices of people talking until midnight and it wasn’t helping as we had to wake up early the next day. We are well aware about the flights of stairs to our unit, just that it seems like an abandoned unit except for the airbnbs, thankfully we did not experience anything unpleasant.

The room was able to accommodate up to 9 pax, including the sofabed at the living room. The set-up table was nice for a chit chat with friends. The location was near to famous seafood restaurant, and Philippine market.

Living room aircond was faulty. Switch it on for some time and suddenly switched off so living room was hot. Message to the owner, didnt reply straight away and only next morning when want to check-out only reply. The wifi doesnt work. We know why it doesnt work, but the owner insist it was due to connection but infact the owner didnt install fibre at that facilities. We want to load pictures couldnt do so due to no wifi connection. No internet means no TV channel. Luckily we just have a chit chat all-together at that night. The 3 stairs hook-up is the problem. U had to hand carry your luggage all the way up which is really troublesome. Need to think carefully wether its worth to go down to buy few items just to go back 3-level stairs up.
