We only stayed one night but felt it was good value if you don't mind climbing * Large room, kitchenette and shower room * Bedside lights and plugs convenient * Large opening window with shutters to darken the room * Recently remodeled * Comfortable bed and pillows * Nice towels * Near old town (straight up!)

* Up a very steep cobblestone street * Noisy saxophone playing neighbor * Very slippery floor in shower * Only one type of liquid soap (no shampoo/conditioner)

Beautiful luxery apartment

The name of the apartment doesn't promise too much - it was really luxery. We loved our apartment and the commutation with the owner was easy and clear. There is a parking space for free and nearby.

Excellent communication with host. Very much appreciated being able to check in earlier as the room was ready. Self check in very easy Location on the via francigena. 10 min uphill walk to the old town. Easy few minutes walk to good bus connection Apartment felt luxurious. Modern decor. Spacious. Bed super comfy. Very good value for money for the night I booked. Highly recommend

Our bed was good and comfortable

When we arrived the children's sofa-bed was not made and we didn't know how to open it. The toilet was dirty, there were pee stains on the lid. There wasn't even a kettle for water in the kitchen. The children's pillows were carpets. And there was no you are there to welcome us.

Things were not super well-built. Some very small pieces of concrete fell from the ceiling. That didn’t pose any danger but simply not nice. The wifi didn’t work very well but they fixed it promptly.

apartment pretty new, well equipped, large sleeping room, very good bed, kitchen ok, air condition good . Fortunately neighbours were quite so not noisy during the night . Fantastic restaurant at walking distance ( Antica trattoria) in the new village... Medieval village can be reached with 15 min walk (steep)

window of our room look into an little internal court , so you cannot keep them open people can see inside , Everything digital also to unlock the door apartment (so keep your phone battery up).. maybe not very user friendly for people not accustomed with digital things

la vasca, il letto era davvero comodo, il bagno molto moderno, tutti gli elettrodomestici presenti che hanno agevolato il nostro soggiorno.

Abbiamo passato solo una notte .. ci siamo trovati benissimo. L’appartamento Pink è accogliente e ben fornito. Silenzios

Ambiente caldo e accogliente, moderno con tutto il necessario all interno. Struttura ben tenuta

è in piena ztl. C’è un parcheggio vicino ma se si hanno molti bagagli (non era il nostro caso) potrebbe risultare scomodo.

Appartamento pulito al centro di Colle di val d'Elsa

A mio avviso la struttura non è l' ideale per famiglie con bambini e passeggini. Nel nostro caso con un neonato e una bambina di due anni abbiamo avuto difficoltà ad affrontare la salita di circa 70 m che precede la struttura con una pendenza molto impegnativa. Inoltre l' ingresso è stretto e le scale d'accesso alla stanza tipiche del centro storico con alzata e pedata sproporzionate. È bene che una famiglia sappia a priori queste informazioni perché la vacanza sia assolutamente piacevole. Per l' appartamento avevo capito che ci fosse una vasca idromassaggio che invece non era presente, potrei non aver capito bene io.

Keine Möglichkeit Fahrräder einzustellen. Sie ins grosse Zimmer zu nehmen ist zudem auch nicht zugelassen, was vor der Buchung uns nicht ersichtlich war sondern nachträglich mitgeteilt wurde, daher nicht geeignet für Bike-Backpacker. Wir erhielten aber netterweise eine Ausnahme.

Erg mooi appartement aan een erg steile weg

De badkamer en slaapkamer zijn een plaatje! Alleen mis ik horren.

De straat van het appartement loopt erg schuin omhoog. Dat is wel een heftige klim. Ik mis een loungestoel om goed te kunnen zitten. Er zijn alleen twee hoge barkrukken en een hoge tafel in de keuken. De geurverstuiver maakt veel geluid. Ook de kranen maken geluid als ze aan staan.
