Good base to see the area and enjoy fine dining in the local restaurants.

Breakfast was excellent, the staff were helpful and the location was good for visiting the area. Also free parking nearby.

The luggage drop of was a bit awkward due to traffic regulations and there was a bit of a climb from the car park to the hotel, but if you are fit and healthy not a problem. European adaptor plugs did not seem to fit the sockets in our room but there were sockets elsewhere that could be accessed.

Friendliest welcome

Mary at reception was so accommodating, only asked to leave baggage until check-in and she organised room there and then even though 2 hours early. Buffet breakfast very good.

The owner is extremely friendly. He went to great lengths to make us even stay ay the hotel. I had forgotten to look at the check-in hours and he drove 12km to let us in.

The staff was superb! :) They even offered to guard our baggage after we checked out, just so we could go sight-seeing in rome :)

The adresses of two different houses is a bit of a coin toss and an annoying side-quest to locate the correct adress. If you are arriving late at night with tons of luggage and a sleeping child. Otherwise - everything was great :)

Great place to stay. Right on the VF track. The room was beautiful. Very comfortable. I headed off before breakfast so they made me up a lovely food package to take with me.

Very nice hotel, there was also a really nice bar just over the road.

Not really the hotels fault but it is a long uphill walk to the nearest car park.

Very Noisy and no parking

Close to San Gimignano

The Hotel claims to have public parking close to it and you pay for it (when you look for a hotel with a parking)… the problem is that the parking is always full when you come back in the evening so you cannot park! As well our room was very noisy, we could hear all night the lift and bathroom from roommate… not very satisfying for a 3*** Hotel.

The room was comfortable.

The location was excellent but there is a late night bar almost directly opposite the accommodation with loud noise until 2.00 A.M. for the duration of our stay. The breakfast was sparse. Toiletries were also sparse.

Posizione ottima. Pulizia della camera impeccabile Personale molto gentile Colazione buona, varia sia di dolci che di salato.

Il bagno va rivisto, soprattutto la doccia necessita di manutenzione, perdeva acqua dai lati ed è sprovvisto di pensili per poter poggiare beauty, creme e quant’altro. C’è solo il lavandino che sebbene spazioso non sopperisce alla necessità.

Un hotel carino ma "abbandonato"

Hotel esteticamente carino, camera spaziosa e tutto sommato pulita, buona posizione, comodo parcheggio privato, gentilezza personale che si occupava della colazione

totale assenza di personale alla reception se non per fare il check-in all'orario concordato. Non hanno neanche mai risposto al cellulare. Le camere sono pulite ma box doccia e porta asciugamano pieni di calcare ed il mobile contenente il lavandino era talmente umido e vecchio da sfogliarsi.

Una struttura magnifica, comoda, accogliente, in pieno centro, convenzionata con ristoranti di qualità nei dintorni, con anche un parcheggio convenzionato adiacente, per me tutto perfetto! Disponibilità, professionalità, cortesia e accoglienza cento!!!

Très agréable

Hôtel très agréable et moderne. Nous avions une suite familiale ( deux chambres ) idéale avec deux enfants. Calme. Très propre et confortable. Le personnel extrêmement sympathique ( petit + il parlait Français). Et le petit déjeuner varié et délicieux !

Pulizia della camera necessita di più attenzione. La cena è in un ristorante fuori, bel posto, ottimo cibo ma dovrebbe essere indicato durante la prenotazione perché potrebbe rappresentare un problema per chi ha difficoltà di deambulazione. No parcheggio.

Piacevole soggiorno in una zona incantevole della Toscana. Assolutamente consigliato

La camera era spaziosa e ben arredata con bagno ampio e ben fornito. La colazione è abbondante con una grande varietà di torte e brioche. La parte salata è meno fornita. Consigliamo di scegliere la formula con mezza pensione, perché la cena è servita in ottimi ristoranti del paese facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. L’hotel è posizionato all’ingresso del centro storico in un palazzo storico. È raggiungibile in auto e con due grossi parcheggi pubblici gratuiti a circa 500m.

Nulla di particolare. Come spunti di miglioramento suggeriamo di migliorare la manutenzione della struttura
