This place is so charming and the owners are the heart and soul of this place

We stayed for two nights in two of their wonderful rooms - Ruby and Saphire. On arrival we were welcomed by Valerie and given all the necessary information. The rooms have everything one needs and even more. Attention has been paid to the smallest detail, and guests can feel that the place is managed with the owners' heart. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing. The beds were comfortable, Ruby even had the elevation beds. Everything was well maintained and exceptionally clean. There was tea and coffee, and chocolates and snacks, and even those were matching the colours of the theme - the gemstones. The breakfast was fantastic - the table was decorated with attention to the smallest detail and there was everything one could want. The atmosphere was so cozy that on the second day we missed the check-out time - our deepest apologies to Valerie and Marc! The stay at Adamas B&B was like a fairy tail. Thank you Valerie and Marc. It was pleasure meeting you, and we hope to see you some day again.

Warm, hospitable and beautifully presented accommodation which was very comfortable and relaxing.

Photos did the room justice. The room was lovely as well as clean and comfortable. Marc and Valerie were very welcoming and hospitable. The breakfast was great and we felt really looked after. Short distance to the train station for easy access to Ghent and Brussels. Great find!

10/10 guest house in Dendermonde

The hostess was very friendly and welcoming and went out of her way to be helpful. A magnificent suite, very comfy and spacious, and an amazing breakfast. We were also able to store our bikes inside which was a big help.

Lovely house

The hosts are very friendly and nice family. Their house is really lovely place to stay, it was a pity that we planned only one night to spend there. The room is very cozy with a view on a nice street which was quiet during the night. The hosts served us an excellent delicious breakfast in the morning. It was beyond my expectations. I would totally recommend this place to stay and return myself there. We forgot there some clothes and the host was very kind to send it to us by post :)

Perfect stay - 4* accommodation.

Very large breakfast - lost of choices. Very friendly & welcoming host. Rooms are very clean, bed and accommodation at the level of 4* hotels. Room has even airconditioning and windows block street noise. We had a perfect stay.

Uitstekende accommodatie met zeer hartelijke ontvangst!

Tulip Cycling boekte dit verblijf voor een gast van ons op het laatste moment omdat haar man in het ziekenhuis was opgenomen. Het ontvangst door Valerie en Marc was zeer hartelijk en zij hebben de gast uitstekend geholpen in de wat moeilijke en onverwachte omstandigheden.

Comfortabele B&B dichtbij centrum van Dendermonde

Heel vriendelijk onthaal, mooie comfortabele kamer, reuze verzorgd ontbijt, perfect voor fietstoerisme, op wandelafstand van de verrassend mooie stad Dendermonde.

De douche sproeide wat teveel in het rond met een natte badkamer tot gevolg. De WIFI werkte niet steeds op de kamer

Super leuk

Toen we aankwamen, werden we door Marc hartelijk ontvangen met een warme glimlach. De kamer was perfect; er stond zelfs een kleine koelkast in een kast. We hebben het bad niet gebruikt, maar de douche was erg fijn. Het bed lag zeer comfortabel. Het enige kleine minpuntje was dat het dekbed van synthetische stof was, waardoor we ’s nachts nogal zweten. Het ontbijt was uitstekend: vier verschillende kazen, drie soorten vleeswaren, drie soorten brood, yoghurt en een heerlijke fruitsalade. De B&B ligt op 15 minuten lopen van het centrum van Dendermonde. Je kunt buiten parkeren van 9.00 tot 18.00 uur met een parkeerschijf voor maximaal 2 uur. Van 18.00 tot 9.00 uur is het parkeren gratis. Ook is er op twee straten afstand een kerk waar je gratis kunt parkeren. Daarnaast is er een straat vóór de B&B waar je gratis kunt parkeren. Op de tweede dag ontmoetten we Valerie, die ons ook heel warm en met een grote glimlach begroette. We raden deze B&B van harte aan.

Un séjour ultra confort et très reposant!

Localisation idéale proche de la gare, lieu extrêmement propre et avec tout le confort nécessaire à un séjour de grande qualité. Petites attentions tout au long du séjour. Valérie et Marc sont des hôtes très compréhensifs et très accueillants, au petits soins pour leurs clients.Nous vous les recommandons sans hésiter!

Centraal gelegen B&B in Sint-Gillis Dendermonde.

Douche badkamer lekker warm. Prima ontbijt met vers gevarieerd fruit, yoghurt, lekkere croissants en stokbrood en als toemaat een matte-taartje.

Vanaf 22u stopte de centrale verwarming en werd het behoorlijk koud in de kamer tot ongeveer 7u ‘s morgens.

Uiterst hartelijke ontvangst, bijzonder fraaie kamer, heerlijk - op alle mogelijke manieren verstelbaar- bed, goed ontbij, parkeren voor de deur, goed restaurant aan de overkant. Could not have been better. Boeken!
