A few restrictions to make sure every guest can enjoy their trip! No pets allowed. No more than 3 cars are allowed per HOA rules. Parking is located directly across from the property. Trailers are not permitted elsewhere on the property and any trailers parked in the non-designated lot space may be towed.

Guests will have access to the entire home, private pool, and amenity center
The Neighborhood:
This home is located in the gated community of Clearwater Harbor. The neighborhood has its own marina and boat ramp for guests to use. Grab your clubs and hit the greens at The Legends Golf Course just minutes away! Or prefer hiking head to Longhorn Cavern or Inks State Park and explore the area! This neighborhood easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, and entertainment.
Getting Around:
Guests will need a vehicle to get to and from this property or around to local attractions.
Other Things to Note:
PLEASE NOTE: There is construction going on from time to time in this neighborhood as it is a new development. Also there are security cameras at this property.
In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.
As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation.
The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined.
The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest.
NO PETS ALLOWED! If evidence of pets are found, an automatic fee of $500 is charged to the card on file.
PARKING:
NO more than 3 cars allowed per HOA rules, parking is designated in the garage or driveway only. VERY IMPORTANT - DO NOT PARK IN THE STREET ANYWHERE IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD, ESPECIALLY IN FRONT OF THE DRIVEWAY AT THE HOUSE, YOUR VEHICLE WILL BE SUBJECT TO BEING TOWED! . Any trailers parked in the non-designated lot and space will be subjected to being towed.
Please note there are outside security cameras at the property.
Additional Fees:
There is an additional fee to heat the pool. We do require 24 notice prior to reservation to heat the pool. Please inquire for pricing.

This house was gorgeous and spacious. We loved having bathrooms in each room. We did have issues with the ceiling fan remotes. Some of them didnt work throughout the house, but not a super big deal. My favorite part of the house was the kitchen although we did find several dirty pots and pans. Also not a big beal and would definitely book again.

The property is beautiful and always in great shape. Only two observations. One we did not receive our door code and had to call property manager when we arrived. Next, the pool guy showed up and he showed me how to turn on pool bubbler and pool lights. Light went off at 9PM the first night. Lastly, the TV on the patio didn’t work. Overall the property and location are top tier.
