Struttura vecchia e bagno da ristrutturare

We had a pretty long stay at Villa Franca, it was a decent experience. To begin with the main reason why you would like to rent this apartment is it’s price. It cost for me only 52 euros per day, which is not much compared to prices/quality in other hotels/airbnbs. The room that we got was comfortable, clean enough and most importantly the terrace was amazing, the view was breathtaking (nature sounds, nature view + a little bit of a sea view). The service…Well you receive cleaning services every 3 days, nice support and help from your host. In my opinion that’s more than enough to have a nice vacation. Additionally villa’s location is nice too, 10 minutes to get to the beach with multiple cafes options. Around 5-8 minutes walk to the another part of a town with many coffee shops, bars, restaurants, groceries options.

The Wi-Fi could be better, it seems like the speed itself is nice but the connection is not stable, and sometimes it doesn’t work on a terrace.

A nice stay, great value for money. Take flip flops to shower. Just in front of the train station. When you arrive, call the host. You have to walk through a gate that can be opened only with a code provided by the host over the phone.

La parte esterna. Un cancello con codice di sicurezza. Un bel giardino con posti auto.

La manutenzione. In particolare il bagno. Nessun gancio per gli asciugamani. Ruggine. La porta del box doccia si chiudeva utilizzando 2 mani ed il doccione (piccolo) fisso al muro. Non un pensile. Il clima era funzionante ma con alette rotte. Era disponibile solo un frigo comune a tutti gli ospiti al piano terra. Peccato. Con la giusta manutenzione ritornerei.
