A tiny apartment with great views and excellent location

The view from this tiny apartment is outstanding. The access to the beach and to the village is very comfortable. Pleasant and quiet surroundings, parking in front of the house is easy.

The apartment has a combined living, eating and kitchen room. Cute and sufficient for 2 persons. The sleeping room is small, the bed comfortable. A small bathroom with sliding doors is attached. The lamp opposite the toilet hangs much too low - one one has to be very careful not banging his head. We also recommend to exchange some knifes. Particularly the one for the bread.

Wonderful location that we will never forget.

Location was fabulous. The apartment had everything one needs minus a TV which isn't necessary anyway. Very comfy. Dinard is a beautiful town and the dramatic location of this apartment sat very well with this. Having the windows open and a glass of wine or morning croissant was perfect while watching the drama of the tides in this area.

Info regarding the location of the keys came a little late to my inbox and there was an initial panic.

La Perle Marine porte bien son nom... On ne se lasse pas de cette vue, avec les jumelles misent à disposition, on passerait des heures à regarder les différentes lumières de la journée. Le bruit des vagues, le courant, les mouettes, une véritable fenêtre sur l'océan 🙂 Un appartement design et extrêmement bien agencé. Une excellente gestion et des propriétaires très agréables. Merci.

Traumhafte Aussicht, tolle Lage, sehr ruhig, gute Matratze. Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Für Kurztrip mit auswärts Essen prima.

Für zwei Wochen und selber Kochen nicht geeignet. Viel Design, wenig Platz. Zu wenig Stauraum und davon ist der meiste durch die Eigentümer selbst belegt. Lebensmittel der Eigentümer in der Küche. Dreckiges Geschirr. Keine Suppenteller, keine Müslischalen dafür 20 Dessertteller. Abzugshaube kommt einem entgegen. Bei der angegebenen Spülmaschine handelt es sich um eine Campingvariante. Warmwasser in der Dusche reicht nur für eine Person. Man muss mit Zeitversatz duschen oder nur sehr kurz. Jalousie im Schlafzimmer fällt herunter (nachdem wir die Agentur darüber informiert hatten, sollten wir uns mit dem lokalen Property Manager in Verbindung setzen. Als Gäste sehen wir es allerdings nicht als unsere Aufgabe uns um Handwerker oder Hausmeister zu kümmern). Baustelle und uralter Teppich im Treppenhaus. 400 € Kaution. Kein Handtuchwechsel bei 13 Übernachtungen. Die einzelnen Punkte für sich sind kein Problem aber in Summe für diesen Preis inakzeptabel.

Juste exceptionnel !

Séjour exceptionnel ! L'appartement est situé dans une ancienne maison de maître en front de mer avec une vue à 180° depuis le cap Fréhel jusqu'à Saint Malo. L'appartement est décoré avec goût. Il est également tout équipé. Proche des restaurants et commerce tout en restant calme et dépaysant ! Les propriétaires ont pris le temps de faire un livret d'accueil avec une quantité d'information utiles pour rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible. Bref, nous avons passé un magnifique séjour. Nous conseillons vivement !!!

Appartement très bien aménagé et idéalement situé.

La villa au premier étage de laquelle se situe l'appartement domine directement la plage. L'escalier d'accès direct à la plage a été endommagé mais la proximité et la vue sont vraiment appréciables. L'agencement fonctionnel du petit appartement est intelligemment pensé et réalisé avec qualité. La décoration est pittoresque et présente un intérieur fort agréable. Le bow-window en bout de séjour magnifie le point de vue. Les équipements et la propreté sont très satisfaisants. Le guide du locataire est bien conçu.

Le système de paiement est triple : le paiement Booking ne sert qu'à réserver et doit être remplacé par un nouveau paiement pour le compte de l'agence qui représente le propriétaire. De plus, il faut régler une caution, qui est systématiquement débitée avec promesse de remboursement. Tout cela est lourd et peu avenant. Hormis le guide à télécharger, il serait plus direct de préciser, en dévoilant le code de la boîte à clef, que celle-ci est dans la boîte aux lettres à l'entrée du terrain et que l'on peut actionner la barrière à la main pour garer sa voiture. L'arrivée, sans personne physique à l'accueil, en serait facilité.
