The VIEW!!

The view is AMAZING. I would say the best view in town. The sound of the ocean at night is the best thing ever. The appartement is well furnished. The bed was comfortable, the shower very warm. Had a lovely walk on the beach in the morning.

great place right on the beach. comfortable and quiet. suit two ideally we had a great stay and the host was very helpfu

amazing position overlooking the beach. the window in the picture doesn’t open but the side ones do. it’s sunny and quiet. simply furnished but comfortable. the bedroom is small but a very comfy bed.

no instruction book on premises for job, cooker etc. bathroom is small and shower a bit cranky but lots of hot water. the biggest problem is the front door. we found it impossible to lock as per instruction! but flat door locked fine so we felt quite secure. also, there is a little set of steps down to the beach. these need sweeping and maybe a light there? we had been told to be careful as the railings were not secure and the steps to the beach needed repair. I wouldn’t try them if you were nervous or had children.

Amazing location. Fabulous views. The apartment was clean and well supplied with everything we required. Although we were concerned by the main entrance, the apartment was great.

Our first impressions of the outside of the building were not good. Strong smells of smoking in the apartment.

Location good. View spectacular. Kitchen electrical equipment modern and easy to use. Cleanliness good.

The general standard of "ancilleries" was poor: bedding was cheap and bottom shhet didn't fit the bed; No switch to turn off bedroom light from bed; No reading lights in bedroom; No surfaces to put books, phone, water etc near bed; No sharp knives in kitchen; no kitchen towel, aluminum foil, stretch film and only 1 tea-towel; no soap or shower gel in bathroom. These "insufficiencies" made the property seem poor value for money - you were made to pay for the view and little effort was made to make the rest a comfortable, special experience(which, for the price, it should have been)

Le chauffe-eau qui fuyait et gouttait obligé de couper l’eau chaude pour la seconde nuit et le bruit du voisinage jusqu’à pas d’heures alors que ce logement prône le silence et pas de fête

L'appartement vue sur la mer est magnifique et la vue est exceptionnelle... dommage que la météo était tristounette..

Quand nous sommes arrivés dans Dinard, nous avons eu la fâcheuse surprise de voir qu'il y avait des travaux dans toute la ville, les routes étaient barrées et l'accès à notre appartement en voiture a été très compliqué. Les habitants à qui nous avons demandé de l'aide nous disaient avoir beaucoup de soucis à circuler en voiture. Notre GPS qui fonctionne parfaitement bien, ne savait plus quoi nous indiquer. Nous aurions juste apprécier être au courant en amont de ces travaux, ça nous aurait évité certainement de perdre beaucoup de temps.. La propriétaire des lieux nous a aidé au final.. merciii.

Traumhafte Lage mit Blick auf Meer und St. Malo

Das Haus mit der Ferienwohnung ist direkt am Strand/Meer gelegen und hat einen privaten Zugang. Schlafzimmer und Bad sind eher klein aber ausreichend. Ein Traum sind auf jeden Fall Küche/Wohnzimmer und der unglaubliche Ausblick von dort u.a. bis St. Malo. Bäcker und Restaurants sind zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Parfait !

J'ai loué cet appartement pour mes parents à l'occasion de leurs noces d'or avec des soins aux Thermes de St Malo. Ils y sont restés deux nuits. Voici leur commentaire ! Très bel appartement, avec une vue magnifique, surtout avec les grandes marées. Tout proche des restaurants et la boulangerie de St Enogat (5 mn à pied). Bien situé pour rayonner sur la côte.

Vista eccezionale sull’oceano, affittata per questo. La cucina era poco attrezzata ma per pochi giorni non l’abbiamo usata.

La responsabile è stata un po’ lenta nelle risposte ma ha soddisfatto la nostra richiesta di avere qualche asciugamano in più dato che essendo estate in due magari 4 asciugamani sarebbero stati perfetti

Bof Le cadre est top mais il y à quelques bémols Appartement pas si grand que ca Chambre vue sur le parking donc pas top volet fermé 24/24 Escalier mer condamné mauvais état Immeuble en plein travaux forte odeur Très bien d’entretenir son patrimoine mais un minimum est d’informer ses clients et de pratiquer un prix en conséquence Nous avons séjourné 2nuits très très déçu rapport qualité prix venant de Dinan dans un gîte Perlépampille de haute qualité nous avons vite déchanté arrivé à Dinard Bon on ne reviendra pas dans la villa XIX pour un prochain sejour Dernier point aucune information bienvenue dans l’habitation on est un peu perdu et devons prendre la voiture pour découvrir les commerces proches sachant que Dinard en cette période peut être très compliqué

Très choquée de voir qu’une vitre de la chambre a été réparée avec du scotch, pas de possibilité d’ouvrir le volet en toute sécurité. La chasse d’eau coule en permanence, dommage pour la planète. Entretien moyen, dommage pour ce si bel endroit. À quand le passage du tri des déchets ?

Fantastique mais quelques bémols !

Emplacement idyllique. Parking très apprécié et logement très propre. Un prix doux pour un lieu assez unique.

En hiver, le déficit d’isolation près du bow window, le vent qui s’engouffre par les interstices des menuiseries et qui siffle fait que honnêtement nous étions content de partir car la pièce principale devenait désagréable. Les autres critiques des précédents locataires sont justifiés par ailleurs, douche peu pratique etc etc. Cette location a un caractère exceptionnel ce qui rend presque encore plus dommage ce qui pourrait être amélioré si facilement comme les serviettes trop usagées par exemple. Une critique que l’on souhaite constructive, ce logement se louera toujours mais il n’en faudrait pas beaucoup pour qu’il soit à la hauteur du lieu ce qui n’est pas le cas tout à fait.
