The house on the dune beach offers 115 m² of living space across two floors and can accommodate up to six people. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a cozy living area with a sofa and a wood-burning stove provide space for spending time together and relaxing in privacy. The open-concept kitchen opens directly onto the living room and is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and freezer, among other amenities. Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and four TVs with digital cable are also available.

The property is only about 150 meters from the ocean and the fine-sand beach. After a day at the beach, you can relax on the terrace or in the garden, which features a lawn for sunbathing, patio furniture, and a beach umbrella. The sauna, for your exclusive use, offers additional relaxation; a charcoal grill invites you to enjoy meals outdoors. Children are welcome, and up to two pets are allowed. The house is a non-smoking property and features private parking. Public transportation is available about 100 meters away, and the train station is approximately 500 meters away. Restaurants are located about 300 meters away, and shopping is about 500 meters away. The surrounding area offers numerous opportunities for activities such as cycling, hiking, water sports, boat trips, and sightseeing.

At the small train station in Baabe, you can hop aboard the “Rasender Roland” for an exciting ride through the Baltic Sea resorts of Sellin and Binz, all the way to Putbus and Lauterbach. You’ll return on a passenger ferry docked in the port of Lauterbach. With a little luck, you might even spot a gray seal. This is a fantastic vacation experience that’s sure to leave a lasting impression on everyone.

If the weather ever throws a wrench in your plans, a visit to the Ahoi! Water Park in Sellin is well worth it. In addition to a beautiful swimming pool with whirlpools, a slide, and an outdoor pool, the sauna area—featuring six different saunas—is a major draw for many guests. Hourly steam sessions, friendly staff, and a rooftop terrace make a visit here an unforgettable experience. The monthly midnight sauna, in particular, is a real highlight.
